Dear stranger

Are you different

From everyone else

Since you're reading this, maybe

Not everyone picks a letter up from the ground

But just because you are different

Doesn't mean you won't just

Toss this away soon

And abandon me like everyone else

In the end I am always alone

Nobody knows me at all

And neither do you

But if you hold onto this for me

Maybe, just maybe

You will find me someday

And rescue me from the loneliness

That has been with me since birth
