1. a group of interviewers who ask of the plla community a series of theme-related questions, allowing them to express their opinions without judgment

2. derived from "Olly olly oxen (O3) free," a catchphrase used in children's games (e.g., Hide & Seek) to indicate that players (liars*) in hiding can come out into the open without losing the gAme (to honestly & openly share through a question-answer format*)

Things to Keep in Mind

SCHEDULE : To stay organized, posts must be done by Sunday so that issues will be posted Monday and the new theme can be announced. This schedule is bi-weekly (this may change depending on the season or group activity).

REQUIREMENTS : Each interview must have either at least 2 each asked 5 questions, or 3 questions for 3 each. Please include the hashtag "#O3FREE" somewhere in your post for us to identify it.
