Hello everyone, I'm Laura and I'm back with a new blog. Today I'm for the #LiarOlympics2020 and this week's theme is "What's next? Challenge". Basically we have to do a blog about what we would have cjanged about the finale or what we think would have happened three years later.

My team is the Spencer one and since I was disappointed about how Spoby ended because we didn't actually seen them together I decided to make a Spoby one-shot ff, 3 years later pll ended.

At first I wanted to do something else since I already did a ff for last week's theme but I had this idea that I started writing down and it bacame a long ff🤦🏻‍♀ :joy: .

"James! Don't run that fast, I don't want to go to the hospital today!" Spencer yelled to her 2-year-old son who was running though the living room as if he was trying to win a race.

"Vroom vroom!" He continued running using a imaginary steering wheel.

Spencer sighed for her son's stubborness when her mother came for help.

"Hey baby boy, don't you wanna play with nana?" Veronica said smiling and picking up James who stopped immediately after that question.

"How did you do it?" Spencer asked devastated.

"I've learnt how to deal with stubborn children." She replied chuckling while playing with the baby in her arms.

"Hey!" The tall brunette said crossing her arms and pouting as a kid.

Veronica laughed before saying with a big smile: "Com'on, go have some relax before the wedding, your sister and the hairdresser will be here soon."

"Ok, thanks mum." Spencer replied grinning before going upstairs for a bath.

That day finally arrived. She was about to marry the love of her life surrounded by her family and her friends and she couldn't have asked for better.

She went through a lot during those last years: after AD was revealed to be her twin she had to deal with nightmares and a constant feeling of guilt. She didn't know why but she felt like it was her fault for who Alex became and this thought was always in the back of her mind. Then she had to deal with a friends moving from Rosewood. After the honeymoon, Aria and Ezra decided to take a break from all the Rosewood's drama and stay in Italy for a few years. Also Hanna moved to New York to start a business after Aidan was born. At least Alison and Emily stayed in town but it wasn't that easy finding the time for a night out with the twins growing.

Spencer just felt abandoned. She decided to focus on her life and her relationship with Toby. He helped her through everything and she never felt as well as when he proposed.

"Where are we going?" The curious Spencer asked since Toby told her to close her eyes.

"Can you trust me for once?" Toby said chuckling.

"Mm.. Do I have other options?" She continued joking.

"No, we're almost there." He replied grinning.

Toby was so nervous that night. His heart was beating so fast he could hear the sound of it constantly in his head. His hands were sweating while driving fast to the fantastic location he organized for that big proposal. He wanted everything to be perfect and he was worried she could say "no".

It wasn't that much they got back together but it was like they never broke up.

"Here we are, you can open your eyes." He said stopping the car.

"Omg this is... just beautiful." She said speechless after that view.

It was their favourite spot. It was the top of a hill where you could see the whole city from above. The sun had already set and the view was breathtaking.

The spot was lighted just by candles, put one next to each other to form a big heart full of red petals.

"This is amazing babe." Spence said again weakly without gazing away from that view. "But why did you do all of this?" She then added looking at him.

"I wanted to make you feel the way I feel every time I look at you." He said and then looked down biting his lips nervously.

Spencer looked at him smiling confused.

"There's something I have to tell you." He said moving closer to her and taking a long deep breath. "You're my first love, that love you can never forget." He paused. "I the first time I saw you and all those feelings I felt. I didn't know what they meant back then but I now I know it was the start of something big." He smiled. "We had some issues and fights but what matters is where we ended up." He looked down and then back at her. "Sometimes I look at you and imagine our future. I can see you holding our first child, you yelling at our teenager boy or girl because of something they did... and you being called nana." He chuckles. "I want all of this with you, I can't imagine a different future for me... for us..." He stopped and kneeld down. He took out a little box and slowly opened it. Spencer was looking at him with eyes full of tears and her hands were covering her mouth.

"Will you marry me?" He asked nervous.

Spencer never felt so happy in her entire life. "Yes!" She replied between tears before running in his arms and kissing him ionately.

"Omg you're amazing!" Melissa said entering the room where Spencer was getting ready.

"Are you sure?" Spencer asked worried.

"Yeah, this dress it's the right one." Her sister said smiling. "And look at this hair! He will fall for you even more, trust me." She continued winking.

Spencer chuckled, finally relaxing a little. The wedding was about to start and she never felt so much nervous.

"I'll go say mum you're ready." The older of the two said.

"Ok, great. Is James still with her?" Spencer asked, reminding about her own son.

"Yes I think so, don't worry about it, he's fine." Melissa said smiling before leaving the room.

"There's something I have to tell you." Spencer said a little scared of his fiancee reaction.

It was pretty late and Spencer and Toby were cuddling in the king bed of their new house. Toby managed to get back the house he built but Spencer didn't want to live there saying there would have been to many memories about AD. So after months of researches, Toby sold the house and they found a big modern house in the nature but not so far from the city centre.

"What's wrong baby?" He asked noticing her concern.

"We-we can't get married." She said looking avoiding his gaze.

"What?! We've already organized anything!" He replied frowing his eyebrows.

"I don't want to be in my wedding photos with the biggest belly of all."

"What do you mean?" He asked confused.

"I'm pregnant." She said with her smile becoming bigger and bigger after noticing Tony crying from the happiness.

"Are you crying?" She asked caressing his cheek.

Toby just nodded before closing the space between them and kissing the love of his life.

"Can we see the bride?" Hanna asked having a sneak peek from the door, while the other girls were behind her.

"Hey! Of course come in!" Spencer replied smiling.

"Aw you're beautiful!" Emily said already with eyes full of tear.

They all chuckled at that reaction. "Yup, nothing changed guys!" Alison said reminding of Aria's wedding when Emily cried during the whole ceremony. They all laughed, even the tensed Spencer was now more relaxed.

"We'll be waiting for you outside, now take a deep breath and don't worry it'll be fine." Aria said hugging her and leaving with the girls.

Spencer was now alone and was looking at herself in the mirror in front of her. "Yeah.. it would have been totally different without James..."

"It's a boy, congratulations!" The doctor said giving Spencer's her baby.

Toby was next to her, looking at the love of his life bringing the his new other love. He was so amazed by that creature he couldn't gaze away from his little closed eyes, his little nose and that beautiful little mouth.

"Have you decided a name yet?" The doctor asked curious.

"James." Spencer replied smiling at the new born while Toby caressed her head gently.

A sweet music was playing in the background. Everyone was sitting with their backs turned to look at the bride that was about to arrive. Around them everything looked perfect, decorations and flowers were exatcly in the right spots and lots of white petals formed the path between the seats.

Toby was standing up at the altar fidgeting. He had never been so nervous in his life before but in the same time he had never wanted so much something to happen. He smiled as soon as Spencer approched the white path. They both already had tears in their eyes and when they saw the 2-year-old James bringing the rings they couldn't contain their tears anymore.

"Toby, do you promise to do your very best each day to create a loving, healthy, and happy marriage?" The officiant asked after a long half a hour of a romantic monologue about love.

"I do." He said grinning and looking at his bride.

"Spencer, do you promise to do your very best each day to create a loving, healthy, and happy marriage?"

"I do." She said copying his movements.

"Now, please declare your wedding vows to each other."

"I worked really, really hard on my vows but now that we're here..." Toby started looking at the vows written in his hands and threw them away. "Look... I've never dreamt for anything better. You've always been the love of my life and you'll always be. From the first time I met you I knew there was something in you, something special I wanted to find. Now I know what that was. You don't have anything special, because you ARE special. You don't need anything to be better, because you ARE the best. You were the best girlfriend, the best fiancee and you'll be the best wife. I love you." He finished with tears flowing down his cheeks. Spencer wasn't in the best condition either. Her make-up was almost all ruined from her tears but she didn't matter. Toby was the only thing she was focused on in that moment.

"Tobe, when we first met, I never imagined this day would come, but now that we are here I couldn't have imagined choosing anyone else but you to go through life's journey with. I love your laugh, your smile, your caring nature and that face you make when something is so cute, you just have to squeeze it. I promise to you, to honor you and to love you unconditionally, even when we may disagree on something. Since that day we first played Scramble I knew you were different. I knew you weren't just some guy, you were important to me... you are important to me. You're not just the love of my life, you're my mate of life, my bestfriend and my guide. I can't imagine where I would be without you, and I cannot wait to continue this crazy journey with you by my side, I love you.”

They looked at each other and lost in their eyes full of love.

"Toby, please place the ring on Spencer's left hand." The official said looking at Toby.

"By placing this ring on her finger, you do this as a sign of your love that you have chosen her above all else."

Toby placed the ring on Spencer's ring fidgeting and grinning as he never did.

"Spencer, please place the ring on Toby's left hand."

"By placing this ring on his finger, you do this as a sign of your love that you have chosen him above all else."

Spencer did the same almost sobbing.

"By the power vested in me by the State of Pennsylvania and the American Marriage Ministries, I now pronounce you officially husband and wife. Toby, you may now kiss your bride."

He waited that moment for so long. He grabbed Spencer face and kissed her ionately as their friends and families were clapping excited.

"Ladies and Gentlemen. It is my honor and privilege to introduce to you for the first time, Mr. and Mrs. Cavanaugh!" The officiant finished.

I don't know how actual the wedding can be because I looked up on the net for the ceremony script since I didn't really know where to start writing it in English lol.
