uno; what can you provide the committee with?

ideas for challenges & input on how the committee can improve. i've already done this within my time in the committee. so with or without co-leader, i will continue to give my contributions!

dos; are you good with handling people and their personalities?

i believe that i am pretty good with handling people with quite, diverse - per say, personalities. i've had my run-ins with people whether it be through the internet or face-to-face, so i've learned to stay unbiased and calm if situations grow more aggressive
