Oneus Theory

Intro

Hello OUC! Today I’ll keep the blog plain, no template. Anyways, while Ljp and I were working on the comeback challange, we actually came up with a whole theory about Oneus. So lemme share our thoughts with you.

Theory

The first mini album is called “Light Us”. In the lyrics of each song it was referenced to some kind of light. Another thing: lyrics and choreos focus is connection.

One thing that’s clearly noticable in the Valkyrie MV is darkness. In choreo for Valkyrie it also looks like one member is controlling the other or that they are worshipping that one member at some moments. This, we think, symbolize darkness that’s inside each, and one of us. Ljp and I think that in “Raise us”, ONEUS will focus on the light that’s inside of us, and how it comes out. Each, and one of us is unique and has a different light, and that’s the reason for the different colored suits in the first photo shoot. What happens to be the case, is that the colors of the suits are also part of the white light spectrum and that each color of that spectrum is separated by a black line.

As for the mythological side of the fist album, we think that ONEUS is in Asgard. After running a frame-by-frame search of Ravn’s parts in the MV, we noticed that in the very end of the MV he was staring at a galaxy that looks very much like the Milky Way.

Added note: we made this theory before the official concept photo was released, but the white suits still fit into our theory.
