If there's any questions about who you can claim, please do keep this in mind
A lot of my claimed characters, I'm willing to give away if asked as long as I don't have plans for them in the near future.
That said, feel free to as I do want to make it as active as possible
Note: I will not give away characters of mine that are holding titles at least until they lose their title, and will not speed up my plans for when they lose just to let you have them sooner
