these are my lgbt head cannons for the teen titans that i would like to share. feel free to disagree or agree! discussion is always welcomed and this is definitely a favorite topic of mine. and no, i will not be explaining any of these takes for the sake of i have no explanation and don’t want to.

robin

okay this is literally the take that started it all. this is the first out of pocket opinion i’ve had on a character, and it’s that robin is a trans guy. there’s no proof or evidence and i don’t want there to be. it’s just in my head. like robin gives off SUCH trans energy it’s unreal. he radiates it like no other. i’ve convinced all of my irls to agree. he is trans ftm, he/him, and definitely straight. robin doesn’t have a single fruity bone in his body. he would rather be homophobic than kiss a boy.

raven

raven gives off they/them energy, for sure. but goes by she/they for the sake of not having the energy to correct people all the time. also, raven keeps an unlabeled sexuality because labels are stupid!! although, definitely giving beast boy “bi wife energy.” so, unlabeled, they/she.

cyborg

i lied, not everybody is gay. but, this is a take i am also ionate about, and it’s that cyborg is the biggest ally ever. more than the queer people themselves on the team. like he LOVES the gays, but in a respectful way. he puts “he/him:)” in all of his bios. ALL OF THEM. he is a respectful king who is rooting for everybody. he is the ultimate wingman. he is never jealous of his friends’ relationships. he will never let his friends be sad in his presence. he will never ever out anybody. he will also always respect chosen names and pronouns of people he hates. you will never catch cyborg slacking. he is the most wholesome he/him, cis, straight ally you would ever meet.

starfire

first of all, starfire has no idea wtf a pronoun is. if you would ask her, she would just smile and kinda nod. she would be so lost. she would never say anything mean, but she just needs a bit of a boost. with that being said, after finding everything out, she would be the gayest person you have ever met in your entire life bro. she would go by ANY pronouns. she wants them all. every single one. definitely pansexual too. she is such an ally. she wears pride colors and face paint and goes to any pride event near her. she will always put “messages are always open” or “safe space” in her bio. any pronouns, pansexual.

beast boy

ah last but not least, the king who started bi wife energy. he is the epitome of the gamer boy golden retriever bfs who wore catboy maid outfits and let their gfs put eyeliner on them for tiktoks in 2020. but that doesn’t mean he’s not fruity himself, because beast boy is so totally fruity. first of all, he is definitely bi. although, having a preference for girls, there is NO WAY you can look me in the eye and tell me that beast boy wouldn’t kiss a boy. he also changed his pronouns to he/they but because he listened to mother mother once. my man bb is a he/they bisexual king.
