The clinic was on Training program with their officers. The training with Sexuality and Gender, guidelines for treating transgender people.
Really glad to see Genderbread on the slideshow with their explanation of distinction between Sex and Gender, Orientation with Identity. They use Genderbread since 2015 to learn the Gender Spectrum and there are not only 2 genders. Everyone can identify themselves with their personality and indicates how they choose to express themselves.
The clinic is prioritizing Gender Neutral Pronouns by using They/Them to avoid Misgendering and respect trans people.

The history of the concept of gender identity disorder with ICD 10 and Gender incongruence might show on ICD 11.
All gender restroom would address at the clinic not only the issue of Transgender restroom usage, but also of privacy concerns generally.
The slide shown topic of Transgender discrimination with topics related to harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation to creating a safe, welcoming environment for all trans.
