Any game recommendations, or manga... Anything I should know about it? Is the PC port of the games decent? Or better emulation. I know it's dead Amino community, but still

Yeah, it got me confused because of Playstation 3 of Neptunia games and many spin-off games... Now I got it
Welcome aboard. You can find neptunia games in steam and they consists of the rebirth games and the 8 bit nep shooters there. They used to also have ova’s there too but I heard steam changed their policies on that.

I actually started playing Neptunia VII on PC, maybe I should've picked Neptunia VIIR... Or better Rebirth I

Welcome to the Neptunia community first of all, as for the PC ports they are pretty good depending if you get them from Steam
Yeah, I'll be buying from Steam. Can't rely on Emulation all the time
