Simple explanation: a Bitter is a spider like creature with multiple eyes, long lion like tails, surprisingly soft fur, with different types of ears and different horn shapes.
Much more in depth explination: Bitters were created by scientists as like a sorta strange pet like creature that you can keep around the house if you want something more exotic, they were made to show love and affection for all and are sold and d like toys (which is very wrong since they are living creatures and not accessories, but that's how they are mainly treated as), they are often found in pet stores in small glass boxes.
Bitters aren't that hard to take care of, they don't require much effort, they really don't need to get fed since there main source of food is the love and affection you hopefully give them, they don't need baths since they never smell, and they don't mind living in small enclosed areas, though while they aren't hard to take care of it is important that you know to be careful when it comes to other animals, while your little Bitter whould see no problem in running full speed at the nearest animal to give it love and affection, the animal might have a big problem with it and hurt them, While Bitters don't need that much to live they are still easy to kill.
While Bitters tend to look somewhat similar to each other, there are some things that separate them, such has the tail length, the ear shapes, the horn shapes, the markings, and the amount of eyes (its usually 6-20 eyes), some are more special then others but they cost more, like if they had two tails, two ears, two horns, wings, or 2 more extra legs then that would mean they cost more cause they are more rare.
Bitter males: smaller then the females and tend to need more love and affection, the males tend to have more energy and they don't need that much sleep, if the male Bitters are given sugar and anything sweet it makes them less hyper and can calm them down.
Bitter females: larger then the males and don't really need that much love and affection, the females need a bit more sleep and tend to not be so hyperactive, they are more calm then the male Bitters, unless they are given an overdose of love and affection.
