Why is my cat so weird?

So I'm currently in my room which is upstairs in my house, and a few seconds ago I went down to get something (I left my phone upstairs) and when I got down I saw something strange and I couldn't really see what was happening that well so I went closer and my cat was doing this

I had to go back upstairs to get my phone so I could take a picture so I'm happy that I was able to take a picture in time,

After I took the picture she did her usual meow that sounds like she's screaming me and got herself out and wanted attention,

I wish I could read my cats thoughts to see why she does most of the things she does, she is a really weird and loud biscuit but I love her.
