Jimmie Johnson is definitely in the top 5 drivers of all time. He is very talented, 7 titles isn’t easy to get and he has 83 career wins. His former crew chief chad knaus probably played a big part of that because he is a very talented crew chief. Jimmie Johnson is 6th on the all time wins list. That’s incredible because their has been so many different drivers in nascar.

He is in my opinion the 2nd best driver of all time. It isn’t easy to see in this era of nascar to see someone like Jimmie Johnson.

His 5 championships in a row were probably the years of his career when he was the best. He won tons of races and championships. The 2000 to 2010 era was probably the hendrick motorsports era of nascar they were so dominate Gordon won like 2 championships and Jimmie won 5. They were all good, even kasey khane was back then good. He had I believe around 9 wins in around 2-3 years and that pretty good. Kyle Busch was also pretty good back then with hendrick.

Back to the Jimmie Johnson topic, 2010-2018 was pretty good for him got 2 titles and his 7th cup championship. The 2016 season was very good for Johnson not only that he won his 7th title but he also won 5 races that year.

2017 was another pretty good year, 3 wins and he made it to the round of 8. He had 4 top 5s and 11 top 10s. 0 poles and 217 laps led.

2018 was not a good year for Johnson. He went winless and got eliminated in the round of 16, he only had 2 top 5s and 11 top 10s. 0 poles and 40 laps led.
