The Victory Song

The most difficult part of Joey Logano's 2024 Nascar Cup Series season is officially behind him as the former 2-time champion was able to save enough fuel that helped him get back into the title picture in 2024! Joey Logano didn't play much of a factor throughout the majority of the race at Nashville Superspeedway, which saw the 22 Team Penske Ford hover around outside the top 10 until sequence of late-race yellows allowed Joey Logano to climb his way up the order. Crew Chief Paul Wolfe took a massive gamble with his driver while Denny Hamlin couldn't risk it anymore, which allowed the 22 Team Penske Ford to take over the top spot and hold off the drivers who had enough fuel that helped Joey Logano score the victory in TN! This is Joey Logano's 33rd career win in the Nascar Cup Series and his first win of the 2024 NCS season that locks the 22 Team Penske Ford into the Nascar Cup Series playoffs for the 11th time in 12 seasons!

19-0

Chase Elliott's top 20 streak was able to survive the chaotic final moments of the race at Nashville Superspeedway as the former series champion managed to overcome a self-inflicting error that nearly ended his impressive streak in Lebanon, Tennessee. The 9 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet ran pretty well throughout the race at Nashville Superspeedway as Chase Elliott managed to climb into the top 10 by stage 2 after starting the race in 13th place but a self-inflicting error forced him to overcome his mistakes that he ultimately achieved after 331 laps. Chase Elliott remains the only driver to finish inside the top 20 in every single race during the 2024 season but unfortunately his mediocre performance has dropped him down to 2nd in the playoff standings and he'll look to overcome the 20 point deficit during the next race.

The Cracking Jingle

The summer of Christopher Bell took a slight bump in the road during the most recent Nascar Cup Series race at Nashville Superspeedway that saw the 20 JGR Toyota get loaded onto the hauler for an early trip home rather than taking a trip into victory lane in TN. Christopher Bell was easily the best performing driver throughout the race at Nashville Superspeedway, which saw the 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota dominate the 1st half of the race by leading the most laps of 131 and sweeping both stages but unfortunately a sequence of different strategies would drop him down the running order before he ultimately crashed out of the event. This is Christopher Bell's 6th finish outside the top 30 during the 2024 Nascar Cup Series season but remains 5th in the playoff standings heading into the next race.
