Xoxasis is a lawful natural goddess who enjoys gaining knowledge and providing her wisdom upon those who request her guidance in their daily lives, she would often descend upon the world from the dawn with heavenly light shining behind her with wings to cover much of the heavenly glorious essence where she reside as she knows there are scholars who have been documenting of their findings though out their peoples history and allow them to place their findings within her library along having it build within a mountain so it may be defended by her loyal followers and faithful warriors

One day in year 1207BDR (before dreadful reckoning), she would hear two different men in prayer as she discover they were Egyptian and Roman strategists who was praying to her for some insight upon each of other’s weaknesses as the two were in war against each other along aiding their respective generals and decides to intervene between the warring sides.   She would wait for the prefect moment til the generals would lead their warriors in direct assault towards each other and Xoxasis would cause lightning strikes at the center where the two warring generals would met as she appeared in front of both side with magical shields floating around her to protect her as she looked upon both warriors with displeased look on her face and announce to them by saying “I am most displeased by seeing both factions going to war with each other than finding peaceful solution, I shall reform a new regime under my command between Egyptian and Roman empires. I shall remain here until I decide to have peace has been achieved and have the rulers to be of both peoples to continue my example of leadership.”

The goddess would see both of the Egyptian and Roman getting on their knees to request forgiveness from her as they didn’t wish to disappoint her anymore with their war, she would forgiven the two warring factions along leading them back to their respective homeland as she would make the current rulers of the two empires to be no more by stripping titles away from the rulers of Egypt and Roman as we leading the people of both nations to a new land where it’ll become a new regime under her guidance til she chooses a successor so she may return to her domain within the heavens.

She leads the people of both nations to the promise land for she has created a new empire between the two people by calling it “the Teoniel Empire” for newly two months and where they shall remain as the land has mountains with rivers flowing from underneath to keep the growth of crops, livestock, and people.   She create a palace with four of her temples nearby so prayer and sermons can take place within the protection of the new empire in the world and peace prospering along planning to have a Roman man and Egyptian woman to be wedded along becoming new rulers of the Teoniel Empire in her stead when the time comes as she ruled over the land for the next 1,205 years.
