Old Flygon finished

As I’ve been looking through older drawings I never did much with, I came across several Pokemon, and I’d like to finish all of them, but I love Flygon so much that he had to come first. I’ve obviously taken some liberty with the design, to make it a bit more fun, and to make him my own.
