Next Official Roleplay Prompt

Here is the next batch of ideas for the prompt’s change. It’s about time anyways, with the new years coming along, so go vote for your favorite one after reading all of them below! They’re all made of suggestions given by other and their preferences as well.

(Please do not vote if you aren’t in the chat or aren’t interested in roleplaying there; I’m not counting them.)

Prompt #1: You live in a rather large city called Taronet. Taronet was a peaceful place for a very long time, having the lowest percentage of gang out of all of the other areas spread about. People came and went, going to work or settling in for their lives to go uphill because of how prosperous it was. Jobs gave plenty and never put in low wage, which made work easier for families who were poor. Everything was perfect for the citizens of the city. Then, one day, mysterious, invisible rifts formed around alleyways, in them, and normally in the dark places of Taronet. Creatures appeared that looked like shadows with eyes that shined white, and during the night they’d be visible and in the day not. They linger around and aren’t hostile at all, just acting as if images because you go through them if you try to touch them, like a ghost. Everyone is confused and many have left the city, the government trying to figure out what’s going on. What’s going on?

Prompt #2: (Written by Squid) In a world where mythical creatures exist and heroes as well as magical girls, in 3001 they are given the chance to be magical girls/boys or heroes at a special academy specified to help hone the skills of mythical creatures. Originally the project is limited to about a hundred plus(to two hundred) people split into classes of 20 to 30. However portals start opening up and everyone must step up to be the heroes the city needs(in investigation and such). However, the leader of the project has accidentally lost magical items and a number of things that allow the to become a magical girl/boy. And they're scattered throughout the city and idk what they are but maybe they can help in assisting people in communicating with the creatures.

Prompt #3: (Idea by Redstorm; Rewritten by Me) You were sleeping one day and on the other you woke up in a different bed, in an entirely different place. You came out of the mysterious bedroom only to find others, and a portion of them are as confused as you are with little to no recollection. Soon enough you realize that you’re in some sort of television show. A strange person narrates and later on in the set people keep dying off—getting killed by someone. Suspicions rise between everyone on the set. After the second time of this happening you come to know that an audible sadistic laughter track can be heard by your own ears and others. It’s time to find out where you are, who’s controlling it all, and what’s going on.

Prompt #5: (Written by Squid) In the year 3001 the government launches a program allowing the mythical citizens of X City (idk really)to enter an academy to train to be magical boys/girls to help in investigating, as idols and as heroes. The program is originally limited to 150 plus students to 250. One night during a blood and blue moon, strange portals open and fill the evening streets in fog and releasing strange spectral like beings. All the citizens fall asleep including the students and some are randomly chosen to enter a show where all of them are stuck in the school. While there is no time limit, the only way to escape is to find the lost magical items which enable s to enhance their magical girl powers or to become one. Or, to figure a way to commit a murder or to solve one. Wether you choose to find the leader of the aliens, to befriend them, or to escape is entirely up to you))
