I already had a water dragon in mind a while ago, just started and finished it today.

Here are some details of my OC :

Species : Water serpent dragon

Outlook : Black eyes, green hair and tail, silky blue body with a tint of purple, reddish brown claws and horn

Abilities : Ultra fast swimming speed, deals massive water damage, heightened hearing and navigates around through echolocation

Personality : Elegant, friendly, bubbly
