┊    Yamada. The surname Yamada comes from-Well, Kosuke isn’t sure whether it’s derived from his mother or father. The name means “mountain field” and is the 12th most common surname in Japan.

┊    The kanji for Yamada is “山田”. Many notable Japanese figures have had the surname in the past. The commonality of the name is so high that many who hold it may or may not be related. It is most common along the eastern seaboard.

┊    Kosuke. The first name Kosuke in this spelling means “Rising Sun.” There are two other spellings being “Kousuke” and “Kōsuke”. There are many kanji variants to spell them out and I personally cannot figure out which one ties to this name.

┊   ɴɪᴄᴋɴᴀᴍᴇs — ⨾   Koko. Back when Kosuke still lived in the slums as a young boy, he was given the nickname Koko by those who surrounded him. At first it was meant to be an insult, sounding almost more feminine to the immature kids. Though, Kosuke took it in stride and naturally, he beat them up. From that point on, he decided to keep the nickname and have it serve as a reminder to those kids that silly nicknames don’t hurt as much as his hands do.

┊   ᴀɢᴇ — ⨾   Kosuke is currently nineteen years old.

┊   ᴅᴀᴛᴇ ᴏғ ʙɪʀᴛʜ — ⨾   Kosuke was born on the third of April.

┊   ᴢᴏᴅɪᴀᴄ — ⨾   In Western Zodiac, Kosuke is a Aries. The common traits associated with the zodiac that he shares are his courage, optimism and of course, his determination. Though with positives come negatives such as being occasionally impulsiveness.

┊   ϙᴜɪʀᴋ ᴄᴀᴘᴀʙɪʟɪᴛɪᴇs — ⨾   Kosuke’s quirk is one which holds loads of potential and versatility. You see, from each individual pore on his body, Kosuke is able to emit and manipulate the steam emitted to a degree. The male mostly utilizes the ability to manipulate said steam in order to enhance his own physical capabilities. Though, there is something else that he can manipulate within the steam for even further versatility than already possessed, almost a hidden ace in his sleeve.

┊   ᴅʀᴀᴡʙᴀᴄᴋs — ⨾   Self-induced injury of course. After a certain limit, Kosuke begins to experience the own effects of his steam. Due to the intensity the steam is normally emitted at, he begins to burn himself from the inside and outside simultaneously. Another drawback which is usually more of a warning that he will start burning up are symptoms of heat stroke. When such begins to present itself, it’s Kosuke’s body trying to tell him “Hey pal, cut down on the usage or you’re gonna be cooked!”

┊   ʜᴇʀᴏ ɪᴅᴇɴᴛɪᴛʏ — ⨾ Futten. The hero name chosen by Kosuke simply means “Boiling Point” when translated to English. Most would assume this says something about the males personality but, not necessarily. It is actually in reference to his quirk and just exactly how hot the steam he emits is.

┊   ʜᴇʀᴏ sᴜɪᴛ — ⨾   Hero suit? Never heard of one. Kosuke’s clothes all seems to burn away and as such, he simply wears cheaply purchased clothing which are baggier in appearance. This allows his steam to flow much easier before the clothes is charred.

┊   ᴄᴏᴍʙᴀᴛ sᴛʏʟᴇ — ⨾   Kosuke is the type of fighter who likes to keep in your face. He does a good enough job of this thanks to his quirk and its ability to help him accelerate quickly. He utilizes his own quirk and body to fight, not seeing a necessity in weapons. If need be, he can wield swords and is quite adept with them.

┊   ᴅʀɪᴠᴇ — ⨾   The slums. Kosuke considers himself extremely lucky to have made it out of the slums and then to have made it in the real world. Majority of the profit made by him gets put back into the slum. He wants to help everyone there more than anyone else in the whole world. Despite the crap given to him at times, that is his home. The people there are his home, he will never not be a slum-boy as he calls himself.

┊   ᴏᴠᴇʀᴠɪᴇᴡ — ⨾   Kosuke is a tall male, towering over most that he’s met. His body is maintained in well-shape and the only time he was anything but was during his childhood. His build is more of a lean one and he always seems to appear rather smug due to wearing a bandana across his cocky.

┊   ϙᴜɪʀᴋ ᴀᴅᴅɪᴛɪᴏɴs — ⨾   A giant star-shaped scar on his back. Such a scar was made when he lived in the slums, someone he thought was a friend having attacked him in his sleep. His quirk activated in a panic and blasted immense amounts of steam from his back, leaving a permanent burn scar.

┊   ᴠɪᴇᴡᴇᴅ ʙʏ ᴏᴛʜᴇʀs — ⨾   Upon first glance, Kosuke may be viewed as arrogant. The blindfold worn around his eyes and seemingly always calm demeanor sure give off the impression. Potentially even viewed as intimidating due to his bulk and once again, the blindfold. “Is he so strong that he fights blind?” Is something he’s heard others mumble to themselves in the past.

┊   ᴅɪsᴛɪɴɢᴜɪsʜɪɴɢ ғᴇᴀᴛᴜʀᴇs — ⨾   His eyes, they are absolutely amazing. They are blue in color but, staring into them is like staring up at the sky on a nice day.

┊   ʜᴇɪɢʜᴛ ﹠ ᴡᴇɪɢʜᴛ — ⨾   Kosuke stands at a towering height of 1.905m (6’3). He weighs 89kg (196lbs). Quite the hefty man.

                                  Another one of Kosuke’s biggest fears is not getting into a relationship before he goes blind. Kosuke’s eyesight is actually deteriorating and he’d like to enter a relationship before this happens. If he just gets to see his partners face one time, it’d be enough for him.
