A/N: I've had this psychotic idea in my head for a while, so here is my early Christmas present to you all: A My Hero Academia parody of The Wizard of Oz. By the way, I don't own the movie or the anime characters, but you all know who does (Horikoshi's MHA and MGM's Wizard of Oz); also, shout out to Ehwarrior for creating the Dorothy!Ochako cover art that served as the muse for this parody! Keep in mind, there will also be a sliver of graphic stuff in this first act. Without further ado, let's ease on down the road together...

Act 1 :rainbow: Uravity Over the Rainbow

On a particularly normal day at U.A. High School, Japan's number one school for heroes, the students of Class 1-A were all gathered in the school's auditorium as their teacher, Shota Aizawa, also known as the Pro-Hero, Eraser Head, gathered his students as he had an important announcement to make.

"All right, everyone, listen up," Aizawa began as he addressed the students with his usual monotone voice. "You're all probably wondering why I asked you to show up to the auditorium for morning period instead of the classroom."

Tenya Iida, the class representative of 1-A, raised his hand as he stood up from his seat with a question in mind, "Is this about the End of Semester Exam, Aizawa-sensei?"

"No, Iida, this has nothing to do with your school progress, although this would probably be a hindrance to it," Aizawa said as he muttered.

"So what's the point of being here then?" snarked Katsuki Bakugo.

"Your principal, Mr. Nezu, has announced that we would be conducting a school play as a reward for completing the Spring semeter, oh, joy..." announced Aizawa with dry enthusiasm.

The students murmured to themselves as most of them expressed excitement, while some, including Shoto Todoroki and Izuku Midoriya, felt indifferent as they have never acted in a play before; Bakugo, on the other hand, didn't care as much as he scoffed at the idea.

Ochako Uraraka, the girl with the Gravity quirk, raised her hand. "What play are we going to perform, Aizawa-sensei?"

"Well, since most of you aren't skilled actors, we decided on a play that would be easy enough for you to pull off," The Erasure hero said as he ed out scripts to each of the students.

One boy student with blond hair named Denki Kaminari read the front cover, "'The Wizard of Oz.' Oh, I get it, it's the one about the witch girl who struggles to find her place in the world while fighting against the casual stereotypes of being a witch."

"No, airhead, you're talking about the Broadway musical, 'Wicked'; this is the original story that it's based off of where the witch is the main villain." retorted Kyoka Jiro.

"Isn't this supposed to be a really old Hollywood film from America?" inquired Eijiro Kirishima.

"Aw, I really wanted to do another Spongebob parody," whined Mina Ashido, the pink-skinned student.

"Now listen, everyone, during study hall, we're going to start the auditioning process here in the auditorium. The teachers who are casting, myself included, will cast each of you to play the main leads or as a side character, depending on who would best play a certain character." Aizawa explained.

"What if we don't want to be in the play because some of us might have stage fright?" Rikido Sato asked nervously. "Uh, not that I have stage fright, but..."

Aizawa sighed and rolled his eyes as he continued. "If you don't want a part in the play, that's fine, but you're all gonna have to contribute in some way; either you work as a stagehand backstage to provide costumes, props, makeup, and scenery or work in the technical booth and use the lights and special effects."

"Sweet! I call dibs on the Munchkin role!" Minoru Mineta, the purple boy, said ecstatically.

"You know there's more than one Munchkin in the play, right? Kero." Tsuyu Asui, the Frog girl, ribbeted.

"Yeah, I know that, but since I'm the shortest kid in the class, I'd probably off as one. Also, I'd be short enough to get a panty shot of Dorothy..." Mineta said fanatically as he lusted for fan service.

Tsuyu's eyes widened as she felt creeped out by Mineta's perverted comment, "In that case, maybe I should play as the dog."

The morning bell rang as class was about to begin shortly. Everyone got up from the seats and were heading off to first period. "Don't forget to read the script and decide on which character you want to play."

"Waste of my time, if you ask me." Bakugo grumbled lowly as he got up from his seat.

"What part are you gonna try out for, Uraraka?" Izuku asked his female classmate.

"I dunno, I guess I could go for Dorothy, what about you, Deku?" Ochako pondered.

"I don't know, either. Maybe I could be the Scarecrow, or I could be the Tin Man, but then again, I feel like the Flying Monkey could possibly be my spirit animal..." Izuku mumbled while he contemplated.

"We won't know until we actually try out for the parts," Shoto Todoroki interjected. "If you ask me, though, I think Bakugo would be perfect as the Cowardly Lion."

"HEY! Who are you calling cowardly, you half-and-half bastard?!" snarled Bakugo. "Lions aren't cowards, they're vicious predators, and they kill and eat other animals like zebras, hippos and elephants!"

"Well, you can be cowardly sometimes..." Shoto said as he gets cut off by Bakugo.

"Oh, yeah, since when?!" The Explosive boy growled back.

Ochako and Izuku glanced awkwardly at each other and shrugged as Bakugo bickered while they made their way to class.

Study Hall - Auditorium

The casting process for U.A.'s production of "The Wizard of Oz" was about to begin; the teachers that are holding the auditions (Eraser Head, All Might, and Present Mic) are waiting on the students to give their best interpretations.

"Ah, the Theatre! How I missed it so!" Hizashi Yamada, also known as the Pro-Hero, Present Mic, said with enchantment.

"It has been a long time since the school has shut down the Drama department, especially after that stage fire during the school's production of 'The Phantom of the Opera...'" All Might, in his muscular form, said as he reminisced.

"You know, they never did figure out who that mystery Phantom was that dropped the chandelier onto the stage." Present Mic pondered.

"Let's just hope that nobody pulls a Macbeth on this one, what with you being the director." retorted Aizawa as he glanced at Present Mic.

"Do not fret, Eraser Head, for I have had plenty of experience in the field of Drama!" Present Mic reassured Aizawa dramatically as the Erasure Pro-Hero rolled his eyes.

The first to audition is Midoriya, who walks onto the center stage with his script in hand. "Okay, Midoriya, what role are you auditioning for?" Aizawa asked the student as he and the other two teachers sat in the audience to observe the performances.

"I have decided to go for the role of Scarecrow, sir." Izuku replied.

"Ah, interesting choice, Midoriya!" chimed Present Mic as he stroked his goatee. "A feeble man made of straw who longs to have a brain fits you perfectly."

"Yes, but in order to acheive the role, you must know how to act first," advised All Might.

"Right..." Izuku nodded.

"Now, then, I am going to read off Dorothy's lines in the scene where she meets the Scarecrow. Whatever I say, you must react to it, understand?" All Might explained.

"Yes, sir, I'm ready to act and react!" The green-haired boy replied with excitement; he then flips his script to the aforementioned scene.

"Good!" All Might gave a thumbs up as he read from the script, but not before clearing his throat. "'Dorothy: Which way do I go, Toto?'"

Izuku cleared his throat as he read and expressed his lines, "'Pardon me, but that way is a nice way!'"

"'Dorothy: Who said that? [to Toto] Don't be silly, Toto, scarecrows don't talk!'" The number one hero continued reading, except his reading lacked the expression that Izuku made.

"'Of course, I can talk!'" Izuku retorted.

"'Dorothy: HUH?! A talking scarecrow?! How can you talk without a brain?'"

"I dunno, but some people without brains do an awful lot of talking, don't they?'" surmised Izuku.

"'Dorothy: I guess you're right!'" All Might recited.

"Well, it looks like we know who the better actor is." Present Mic commented as he cringed at All Might's shoddy acting.

"All right, Midoriya, that'll do. Next!" Aizawa yelled.

The next student to audition was Shoto, who silently stood at the same spot where Midoriya was.

"Ah, Todoroki!" exclaimed All Might. "Who are you auditioning for?"

"The Tin Man." Todoroki replied with a soft-spoken manner.

"Excellent choice! Can you express the same mannerisms as the Tin Man?" Present Mic asked.

"You mean, you want me to pretend like I'm a heartless metal machine whose only purpose is to be used as a tool to carry out the desires of their creators without the comprehension of free will?" Shoto inquired with an analytical and nearly monotone pattern of speech. "Believe me, I'm used to it."

"I can already tell, he's been paying attention in History class..." Aizawa said rhetorically.

"All right, Shoto, break a leg!" Present Mic said optimistically.

Shoto then proceeded to show off some robotic movements as if his body was made of metal while reciting the Tin Man's lines from the script; his mannerisms were near-perfect to what a real man made from tin would move and the lack of empathy or emotion in his line delivery made him seem like a heartless metallic man. Once he was finished, the teachers applauded and Shoto walks off stage.

"Next!" Aizawa announced as Bakugo walked onto the stage with annoyance.

"Bakugo?" All Might spoke to the blond youth.

"Yeah, what?" Bakugo replied in an uncouth manner.

"Tell us what role you are auditioning for?" The mighty hero inquired.

"The Cowardly Lion..." Bakugo said lowly.

"LOUDER!" yelled Present Mic.

Bakugo gave an annoyed grunt before raising his voice, "The Cowardly Lion!"

"Good! Now can you act out the role for us?" All Might inquired.

The Explosive flipped through the pages of the script until picking a certain scene and recited the lines in a low whisper. "'I do believe in spooks, I do, I do, I do...'"

"LOUDER!" yelled Present Mic.

Bakugo repeated the line angrily, only it was more quieter as the boy was starting to seethe with rage.

"LOUDER!" The booming voice of Present Mic made Bakugo grit his teeth in annoyance; the boy repeats the line with barely any words coming out.

"Bakugo Katsuki! If you can't do a simple line reading, then you can't participate in the main cast!" Aizawa scolded the teen, which only sets off the boy's anger.

"WHAT?! YOU WANT ME TO ACT LIKE A SISSY!!! WELL, LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHIN': LIONS ARE NOT COWARDS, YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE UNLIKE ALL THESE OTHER PUSSYCATS, I'M THE KING OF THIS GODDAMN JUNGLE, YA HEAR ME!!!!" shouted Bakugo.

Before Aizawa could utilize disciplinary action onto Bakugo, Present Mic suddenly got up from his seat and applauded the boy on stage. "BRAVO!! BRAVO!! Ladies and gentlemen, we have found our Cowardly Lion!"

"Huh?" Bakugo grunted in confusion.

"The way you made the less-than courageous character more insecure and introverted makes him more compelling than before! For that, I commend you for your use of method acting!" The loud Pro-Hero shouted with positivity.

"Uh... yeah! That was exactly what I was going for!" Bakugo grinned confidently.

"I'm confused, isn't Bakugo always like that on a daily basis?" All Might said as he faced Aizawa with a cocked eyebrow.

Aizawa gave an exasperated sigh as he rubbed his temple. "Just... go with it. If it gets the auditioning process over and done with a lot quicker, then no one would be none the wiser."

"Aizawa-sensei?" Kirishima asked the teacher as he, Mina, Denki, and Hanta Sero came up to him with a question. "If Bakugo gets to be the Lion, can we be the Tigers and Bears?"

"Tigers and Bears? There aren't any Tigers and Bears in 'Oz.'" Aizawa replied.

"But it says so in the script: 'Lions, Tigers, and Bears!'" Denki said as he read from the script.

"Oh, my! They're right! Where are the Tigers and Bears?!" questioned All Might as he read through the script.

"I'm telling you, there are no--" Aizawa tried to explain, but was immediately interrupted by Present Mic.

"Unacceptable! How can they include these characters without actually giving proper appearances?" The extraverted teacher exclaimed.

"I know, right? Talk about inconsistency." Hanta commented.

"That's just a phrase that they say before the Cowardly Lion's appearance." Aizawa said finally. "Besides, the only side characters that you can play are the Munchkins, the talking apple trees, the Wicked Witch's minions, and the people of the Emerald City. We can't just add more characters to the story."

"I suppose he has a point." All Might said sadly.

"Yeah, a disappointing point..." Mina frowned.

"Sorry, Bakugo, I guess we all can't be on stage as a group after all." Kirishima said to his friend.

"Who cares? At least I got the main lead, that's the whole gist of it." Bakugo replied with an aloof tone as he got off the stage.

Meanwhile, Ochako was waiting backstage for her time to audition for the part of Dorothy. She was clearly nervous as she had never been in a play before, but was still eager to try anyhow. Tsuyu, Iida and the invisible girl, Toru Hagakure, noticed the disposition on her friend's face.

"Are you okay, Ochako? You look like you're going to faint." Iida inquired with concern.

"That's because I might. Not only do I have to play as Dorothy, but I also have to sing. But I don't want to fail my classmates or Aizawa-sensei." Ochako said to the frog girl.

"Don't worry about it, just pretend that they're all naked. Kero." advised Tsuyu.

"NAKED!?!" Ochako exclaimed.

"Or pretend they're invisible, like me!" said Toru.

"I don't know if that will work, though." The gravity girl said anxiously.

"I know, why don't you and me audition together?" Tsuyu inquired.

"Together?"

"I can be Toto, so that way we can work off each other and you wouldn't have to be so nervous." Tsuyu suggested.

"Will they even allow you to play as a dog?" Iida asked with confusion.

"I dunno, but they if they did, then Toto wouldn't be casted as a dog. Kero." The frog girl said with her tongue sticking out.

"Thank you, Tsu. I really hope this goes well." Ochako said optimistically.

"Next!" Aizawa shouted from the audience.

"Good luck, Uraraka!" Iida said as he gave Ochako a thumbs up.

"Don't forget to smile!" Toru said happily.

Ochako smiled with acknowledgment as she and Tsuyu were called onto the stage. Once she faced the teachers, Aizawa was the first to speak, "Uraraka, Asui, what roles are you auditioning for?"

Ochako took in a deep breath and replied, "I am going to audition for Dorothy, sir."

"And I'm trying for Toto." Tsuyu said as she raised her hand.

"Okay, go right ahead..." Aizawa said.

"Wait a minute, you wouldn't let the other students play the Tigers and Bears, but you're letting someone play the dog--" Present Mic exclaimed but was silenced by All Might, as the bigger hero pinched his lips shut.

"Proceed!" All Might said stoically.

Ochako nodded as she flipped her script to one of the first scenes in the play; Tsuyu crouched down like a dog and stuck her tongue out.

"'Oh, Toto!'" Ochako began with a soft Southern drawl. "'I can't believe that mean ol' Miss Gulch tried to hurt you! Auntie Em and Uncle Henry won't listen to me, and I just don't know what to do! Someday, I'll find a place where there aren't any troubles or worries. Somewhere where I can explore just about everything and be happy and carefree!'"

"Kero--I mean, Woof!" Tsuyu barked.

"Maestro?" Aizawa quietly called over to Jiro, who sat at a small, wooden piano and was about to play on it; just as she was about to strike a chord, she instead takes out a CD player, puts in the instrumental CD and plays the iconic song.

Ochako opened her mouth as the lyrics flowed through her amateur, but melodic voice:

Judy Garland - Somewhere over the rainbow lyrics

Once she finished the soft and slow number, All Might and some of the students who were watching wildly applauded her. Present Mic's eyes teared up from the sweet performance and he blew into a piece of tissue.

"That... that was so touching and... and sentimental..." sniffled Present Mic.

"Not too shabby. I suppose she could be an appropriate contender, unless someone else can do the part a lot better," Aizawa stated.

"Not too shabby? HAHAHA!! I think she did wonderfully..." All Might boasted when he suddenly spat out blood; realizing he won't be able to maintain his muscular form, he excuses himself. "Uh, could you excuse me for a moment, I need to use the restroom!"

"That was amazing, Uraraka!" Izuku cheered from afar.

"Your singing was so manly!" Kirishima shouted with iration.

"I think you might be a shoe-in, Ochako." said Tsuyu.

"You really think so?" Ochako asked as she blushed with excitement.

Meanwhile, backstage, the other students in Class 1-A that didn't choose to act in the show were going through the corners of the backstage area and discovered a few props and technical items that would be useful for the show. Momo Yaoyorozu, who volunteered to be the stage manager, took inventory of all the props that the others have discovered, including a few backdrops that they could repaint, a wooden farmhouse setpiece, and an old, rusty wind machine.

"Ojiro, Fumikage, have you been able to test that wind machine?" The young dark-haired girl inquired to the male student with the fluffy tail and the other with the head of a crow and a sentient shadow being attached to him.

"When we plugged it into the wall and turned the knob, the fan blades barely even moved. This thing's been tucked away for so long, it won't even work right." Mashirao Ojiro explained.

"The life in this device, like the wind it once produced, has been blown away and scattered into the unknown," Tokoyami Fumikage said gloomily as he laid his hand on the rusted industrial fan while his shadow bowed its head out of respect.

"Well, that's a shame. How in the world are we supposed to create the tornado sequence without any wind?" Momo pondered.

Denki Kaminari rubbed his chin as he thought for a moment, until he snapped his fingers as he thought of an idea, "Oh, duh... why don't I use my Quirk to power it up?"

"You think you can salvage it, Kaminari?" inquired Momo.

"As long as it's electric, there's nothing that a little zap can't fix! Stand back, boys and girls, cause I'ma fire it up!" Denki proclaimed with confidence as he zapped the wind machine with his index figure, sending a powerful charge to the industrial fan. The fan roared back to life as it created a powerful gust of wind. Denki smiled triumphantly, "Try turning it up a notch!"

Ojiro reached over and turned the knob on the back of the machine, which made the fan blades spin faster, "This thing works like a charm!" Ojiro shouted over the sound of the deafening wind.

"Okay, I think that's good!" yelled Momo as she ordered the wind machine to be turned off.

Denki grasps the knob and tries to turn it the other direction, but the rusted instrument was jammed in place, "What the hell? It's stuck!"

"Stuck?!" Momo exclaimed.

"I can't turn it back!" Denki shouted as he and Ojiro both grabbed the knob and kept on twisting it until it finally snapped off. The boys looked at the broken knob with bewilderment as Denki gave a soft "Uh-oh."

The wind machine rattled violently as the speed of the wind increased drastically and began to pick up debris and tossed it around the stage.

"We have invoked the wrath of God!" exclaimed Tokoyami.

"I thought you were an atheist?!" hollered Momo.

"Borderline atheist!" corrected Tokoyami.

The gusts of wind grew stronger until it was able to knock back the students onto the floor and wreak havoc in the auditorium. Papers and equipment were tossed all around as a cyclone manifested from the violent gusts. Everyone ran for cover to avoid being struck by the flying debris. One of the students, who happened to be Mineta, was picked up by the makeshift cyclone and subsequently thrown into the air.

"Incoming!" yelled Mineta as he crashed into Mina.

"AH!!" shrieked Mina as the small student landed onto her breasts, much to the boy's relief and delight.

"Everybody remain calm and get down on the ground!" warned Aizawa as he shielded himself from behind the theater seats.

"DAMN YOU, PHANTOM!!!" Present Mic shouted angrily to the imaginary figure just before a metal chair hits him in the face.

"Why is there a damn tornado indoors?!" Bakugo screamed with rage.

"My bad!" Kaminari shouted apologetically.

"Idiot!" Bakugo growled as he pummeled the Electric boy.

"Uraraka! Tsuyu! Get off the stage!!" Deku warned his friends, who were still standing on the stage as the cyclone raged on.

Ochako and Tsuyu held onto each other until the Frog girl was suddenly lifted off the floor as the Gravity girl tried to keep her grip on her friend's hand. "Hang on, Tsu!"

"The wind's too strong!" yelped Tsuyu.

Ochako pulled Tsuyu towards the farmhouse setpiece as she tried to find cover; once she gets to it, she was able to grab both of Tsuyu's arms and continued to tug the latter back. The Gravity girl pulled with all of her strength until she yanks Tsuyu out of the funnel of wind and the two crash into each other, tumbling through the front door of the farmhouse. The back of Ochako's head collided with the wall of the house's interior, and her mind began to spin around with the motion of the cyclone.

She faded in and out of consciousness as her dizzying vision swirled with a vivid distortion. Once she was able to retain her focus, she glanced around the room while the wind outside blew in through the windows. She then noticed that, instead of wearing her school uniform, she was now wearing a blue gingham dress; although she still wore the brown loafers that she usually donned.

"Huh? Where's my uniform? I don't changing into this dress..." Ochako pondered as she examined the hem of the dress.

Ochako then felt the gust of wind blow through the window, which brought her attention to what was outside the farmhouse. She slowly stood up as the house shook wildly, causing her to nearly tumble with every sway the structure gave. As she finally found her footing, Ochako looked out the open window and sees that the house was surrounded by a dark, roaring vortex. She nervously looked down to see that she was spinning precariously in the air and that the farmhouse was miles from the ground.

The brown-haired girl scooted away from the window, "Oh, no! I'm really high up in the cyclone! How am I gonna get down from here?"

From the corner of her eye, Ochako sees a cushioned chair dart from her left field; sitting in the chair was Recovery Girl, U.A.'s school nurse, who was casually knitting as she turned to Ochako and politely smiled and waved to her as she went by. Ochako awkwardly waved back as the nurse flew towards the right, quickly disappearing from view.

Another object came in from the left as a large canoe was rowing through the air. In the boat were four students from Class 1-B; Tetsutestu Tetsutestu, Itsuka Kendo, Yoyetsu Awase, and Monoma Neito, were sitting in the canoe, rowing with the clockwise direction of the twister, as Monoma ordered his classmates to keep stroking.

"STROKE! STROKE! STROKE! STROKE!" ordered Monoma as he yelled through a megaphone.

"Hey! Are you guys okay?" Ochako hollered to the students in the canoe, but they were too occupied with rowing to even acknowledge her, so they darted off to the right and disappeared. The Gravity girl raised an eyebrow, "Huh, I guess they couldn't hear me."

Just then, a man wearing a black hero suit that resembled a bat, suddenly glided through the window, scaring Ochako as he spoke in a guttural voice, "WHERE IS HE?!"

"Where's who?" Ochako said in a terrified tone.

"THE JOKER!!! WHERE IS HE!?!" growled the man in the batsuit.

"I don't know who that is!" The girl exclaimed.

The man then looked around the house, and realized he was at the wrong place, "Oh, my bad. I thought I was at his hideout, but apparently the Batcomputer led me to the wrong place. Sorry for bothering you, little girl."

"That's all right, mistakes happen." Ochako said ively, but before the man left, she stops him, "Wait! Who are you?"

The man in the batsuit looked at her with a brooding stare and replied lowly, but aggressively, "I'm Batman."

With that said, Batman takes off and glides back into the twister. The girl gave a confused stare, "Well, that was random."

Then, Ochako hears a wicked cackle in the air that gave her a chill down her spine. She looks to her left again, and sees an odious figure riding on a bicycle. The girl immediately recognized the figure as none other than Stain: The infamous Hero Killer, whose presence froze Ochako with fear.

Stain gave a sadistic smile as he stuck out his tongue like a mad dog. He pedaled close to the farmhouse as he threatened to snatch Ochako from the window. "HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!"

He then zoomed downwards on his bike and disappeared underneath the house.

:rainbow: The Wizard of One For All - Act 1 of 3 :rainbow: -[BC]A/N: I've had this psychotic idea in my head for a while, so here is my early

Ochako then noticed the constant roaring of the twister began to die down, and the house stopped spinning all at once. The room felt heavy as the structure succumbed to gravity and the entire house began to freefall. Ochako screamed as the house plummeted to the ground like a broken elevator. The deafening crash of the house was the last sound that the girl could hear before everything went silent; the chaotic ride in the cyclone was finally over.

Ochako's head spun so severely that she could vomit at any time. Luckily, she was able to keep the bile in her system once everything had settled.

"Man, that was so crazy!" Ochako sighed heavily as she sat up and took a deep breath; she looked around the house to see that the entire house was in disarray. "How did I even manage to survive that? More importantly, how did this house stay intact?"

She then realized she forgot someone important, "Tsuyu! Where is she?! I hope she didn't get sucked into the twister!"

"Kero..." Ochako heard a croak coming from somewhere in the house and recognized as her frog friend's verbal tic.

"Tsuyu! Where are you? Keep croaking so I can find you!" The brown-haired girl called to the frog girl as she sifted through the debris in the house. She then traces the croaking to an overturned bucket on the floor. She picks up the bucket and made a surprising discovery.

"Kero..." It was Tsuyu all right, but something was off about her; instead of finding a human girl with the attributes of a frog, Ochako found a frog... a frog that had the same face as her classmate.

"Tsu...? You're... a real frog?" The girl said with a wide-eyed stare as she looked at what she assumed was her friend.

"Kero..." The frog with the human girl's croaked as she spoke in an amphibian tongue.

"What happened to you?! Did someone with a Quirk do this to you?!" Ochako asked the frog with worry and concern, to which the amphibian merely croaks in response. "This isn't good. We need to find the others and figure out how to fix you."

"Kero..." Tsuyu croaked with a confused head tilt as the Gravity girl picked up the frog and plopped her into the bucket.

"There, do you feel comfortable, Tsu?" Ochako asked the frog, who smiled in response. "Good. Let's get out of here and find our friends. I sure hope they found shelter before the twister got to them."

Ochako picks up the metal bucket by the handle and heads to the front door. She pushes her hand against the door, which was forced open by the storm, and opened it. The girl's eyes were momentarily blinded by the bright sunlight as she pressed forward. Once her eyes began to adjust, she sees a glimmer of reflective color as soon as she stepped out of the house.

After taking a few steps into the outside world, Ochako looked on with astonishment as she observed the environment that surrounded her; a small, colorful village that was decorated in an assortment of beautiful flowers; nearby was a blue pond with multiple lilypads floating on the surface and a little bridge that crossed it. Ochako, captivated by the strange oddity that was the village, walked across the pavement as she gazed around the area in disbelief.

"Tsuyu, I don't think we're in Japan anymore..." said a bewildered Ochako as Tsuyu the frog chirped in agreement. "We must be over the rainbow!"

She continued to pace around the village as she heard rustling coming from the bushes near the pond. As soon as she looked towards the foliage, whatever was hiding there immediately pulled their heads back into the bushes. The brown-haired girl assumed that they were small animals and walked over to the pond.

As she scanned the area, she glances over to the center of the village and noticed a red and yellow spiral coveting the pavement, which branched out into two paths. Before she could examine the spiral, however, Tsuyu croaked at the sky which drew Ochako to what the frog observed.

A pink bubble gently and gracefully descended from the sky and landed onto the elevated platform next to the pond. The bubble popped and revealed a figure in a bright, sparkly pink gown; Ochako looked at the face of the figure, whom she thought at first to be a woman, and to her surprise, it wasn't even close to her original conclusion.

The figure in the dress was a man with blond hair and a goatee, who wore a silver crown and wielded a silver wand/scepter with a star-shaped ornament; the figure reminded Ochako of one of her teachers, Present Mic, who appeared to her with the same manner of optimism that he would normally display.

"Now I know we're not in Japan, anymore..." Ochako said with a perplexed look, which drew the man's attention to her.

"HEY, GIRL!!" He shouted ecstatically, pointing his wand at Ochako. "Are you a good witch, a bad witch, or a delivery witch?"

"What? Oh, no, I'm not a witch. My name is Ochako Uraraka, and I'm just a regular girl with a Quirk." The girl replied awkwardly.

"What about the frog? Is that a witch?" The man in the dress asked as he noticed Tsuyu in the bucket.

"She's not a witch, either. This is Tsuyu. We're from Japan, and we go to a school called U.A. Academy." The girl explained to the familiar magical figure. "Are you a witch?"

"Not just any witch, my dear! I am Hizashi, the Good Witch of the South!" The witch proclaimed.

"A good witch? I thought witches were evil and ugly... and also female." Ochako assumed.

Hizashi scoffed. "That's just an old stereotype! We, the people, of the merry, old land of One For All, are currently living in a progressive era where anyone can be a saintly, handsome, and masculine witch!"

"The land of One For All?" Ochako inquired as she suddenly heard moaning coming from the bushes, which made her feel uneasy. "W-What was that?"

"Oh, those are just the Munchkins! They called me up here and told me that a new witch dropped a house on the Wicked Witch of the East! And lo, there he lies beneath that fallen hovel!" Hizashi explained as he pointed to the fallen farmhouse.

Upon closer inspection, Ochako gasped in shock as she sees a pair of sparkly red boots, which were attached to a pair of legs that were pinned underneath the house. "Oh, my God! I-I killed someone?!"

"It's okay, everyone! The coast is clear! You can come out now!" The Good Witch announced to the entire village as hundreds of small people emerged from their hiding places.

These Munchkins were not only small, but they were also familiar to Ochako, as they all had three spherical, purple appendages on top of their heads. There were hundreds upon hundreds of Minetas as far as the eye could see, who were all wearing bright, colorful outfits, which made each of them stand out from one another. They all looked at the girl in awe.

"Is that the girl who crushed Stain?!" One of the Mineta Munchkins exclaimed.

"She's so cute!" Another Mineta villager said with infatuation.

"I'd say she's a 20 out of 10!" A Mineta with a bloody nose said as he gave a thumbs up.

"Uh... hi..." Ochako waved to the Munchkins as Tsuyu gave an exasperated ribbet.

"Munchkins! Meet the Quirky girl who fell from the star named Japan! She's the one who brutally murdered your oppressor!" Hizashi stated as he introduced Ochako to the village.

"W-WAIT, WHAT!?! I didn't mean to! It was an accident!" The brown-haired girl said apprehensively.

"So it's true, then!" announced the Mineta wearing a top hat and a sash, which signified that he was the mayor of the village. "The Wicked Witch is most absolutely, most positively, and most sincerely dead?"

"But wait!" The Mineta in the robe, who is the town's Judge, interjected. "We must thoroughly examine him to make sure that he is legally and certifiably dead!!"

The Mineta Coroner then walks up to the corpse of the crushed witch and uses his stethoscope on one of the ruby shoes to listen to the witch's heartbeat; he also kicks the feet a couple of times for good measure. "In my expert opinion, I'd say: Yup, he's definitely dead."

"Then this is a day of independence! For all Munchkins and their descendants!" The Mineta Mayor proclaimed.

"HALLELUJAH!!!" Hizashi hollered with excitement. "Let this be known, far and wide, that Stain, the Wicked Witch of the East, is finally gone!"

"YA~AY!!!" The Minetas rejoiced as they all began to sing in celebration of their liberation from the wicked Stain:

:musical_note: Ding-Dong! Stain is dead! :musical_note:

:musical_note: What kinda Stain? The wicked Stain! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Ding-Dong! The wicked Stain is dead! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Wake up, you sleepyhead! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Rub your eyes, get out of bed! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Ding-Dong! The wicked Stain is dead! :musical_note:

:musical_note: He's gone where the goblins go! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Below, below, below, yo-ho! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Let's open up and sing, and ring the bells out! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Ding-Dong's the merry-oh! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Sing it high, sing it low! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Let them know, the wicked Stain is dead! :musical_note:

Ochako and her frog companion, meanwhile, were bewildered at this spectacle; as horrible as this Wicked Witch may have been to the Munchkins, it left a bad taste in the brown-haired girl's mouth that killing someone would be causation for a celebration. However, she decided to go along with it, regardless, as the Minetas rewarded her with a flower crown while the tiny villagers paraded in the streets of their town.

Three Minetas in particular, each of whom wore a different colored outfit (red, blue, and green) and carried large suckers, trotted up to Ochako as they were about to do a cute dance routine:

:musical_note: We represent The Blow-pop Guild! :musical_note:

:musical_note: The Blow-pop Guild, The Blow-pop Guild! :musical_note:

:musical_note: And in the name of The Blow-pop Guild... :musical_note:

:musical_note: We wish for you to suck our Lollies... :musical_note:

"NO! NO! NONE OF THAT!!!" Hizashi yelled at the three Munchkins as he absconded them for making sexual innuendos while interrupting the rest of the village. "Shame on you!"

"Okay, boomer, geez!" exclaimed the Mineta in the red outfit.

"Yeah! Take a joke for once!" The Mineta in the green outfit complained.

"Back of the ensemble with you!" The Good Witch snapped as he sends the trio away from Ochako; he clears his throat and gestures to the other Munchkins. "You may continue..."

:musical_note: We welcome you to Minetaland! Tra-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la! Tra-la-la-la-la-la-laaa! :musical_note:

:musical_note: And we think you've gotta really nice butt! Tra-la-la-la-la-la... :musical_note:

Suddenly, a blazing inferno followed by a black portal opening up, interrupts the celebration, which sends the Munchkins into a panic as they scattered throughout the town square in a frenzy. An ominous figured manifested from the portal and arrived onto the scene.

It was a young man with disheveled cyan hair, who was dressed in a black robe, a black hat, and a disembodied hand that he wore as a mask. He also wielded a broomstick, which indicated that he was indeed another witch. The piercing red eyes that showed a malevolent agency peeked between the fingers of his hand mask.

The girl in the blue gingham dress looked at this intimidating figure in fear, "I thought there was only one bad witch?"

"Not exactly. That's Tomura, the Wicked Witch of the West. He's worse off than Stain, I can tell you that." Hizashi forewarned Ochako as the second Wicked Witch approached the girl, her frog companion, and the Good Witch.

"Who killed Stain?!" demanded Tomura with a raspy and threatening voice as he glared at Ochako. "It was YOU, wasn't it?! You're the one who axed him off!"

"I-I'm sorry... it was an accident!" Ochako said nervously.

"'Sorry' isn't gonna cut it, little girl..." growled Tomura as he leered over the girl while kicking a panicking Munchkin to the side. "You ruined my chance of killing the Eastern Witch myself!"

"Oh... um, mission accomplished, then?" Ochako replied sheepishly, which triggered Tomura even more as he was ready to kill this young girl.

"Back off, Tomura! You have no power here!" Hizashi informed the evil witch as he tried to shoo him away.

Tomura gave a menacing glare to the Good Witch, "You stay out of this, Hizashi! You and the Witch of the North don't scare me! Besides, I have no business with the likes of you so-called magicians. I came here to collect what's mine!"

The Wicked Witch slowly paced to the side of the farmhouse where the deceased Stain's feet stuck out from the crawlspace. Tomura grinned as he was about to claim his prize; as soon as he located the remains, however, the witch's greedy disposition suddenly changed to a look of shock. The ruby-red combat boots that Stain wore have vanished, and the former witch's feet were wearing only socks.

"They're gone!" Tomura gritted his teeth in anger as he shifted his attention back to Ochako.

The brown-haired girl then noticed that her loafers were replaced by glittery, ruby-red Crocs. Ochako was both amazed and dumbfounded by this sudden change of footwear, "What are these?"

"Those are the famous Ruby Shoes! One of the most powerful magical items in One For All!" Hizashi explained to the young girl. "They're specifically designed to fit any size or style to those who wear them! The shoes chose you since their last owner is dead, and they seemed to have transformed into Crocs because of how fragile your soles are!"

"Well, now that you mention it, they do feel pretty therapeutic." Ochako noted as she examined the Crocs on her feet.

Tomura seethed as he impulsively started to scratch his neck, "How... DARE YOU!!! I knew I should've killed Stain sooner; and to think, I could've attained more power than the Wizard!"

"Listen, Ochako, whatever happens, you can't let him have the shoes! If they fall into the wrong hands, it might as well be the end of One For All!" The Southern Witch forewarned to the girl.

"It WILL be the end of One For All! Just you wait!" Tomura showed his vicious dour as he outstretched a finger to the rival witch.

"Well, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to ask you to piss off, good sir! Or else, the all mighty Wizard himself is gonna wipe you out of existence! Now begone!!" Hizashi threatened the Wicked Witch.

The rival witch growled as he realized that he wouldn't be able to stand a chance against the aforementioned Wizard. "Fine... I guess I'll have to bide my time until the opportunity arises."

Before he takes his leave, Tomura turns to Ochako and shares a malicious smile as he spoke in a near-whisper, "As for you, my fine lady: you better watch your back, cause one way or another..."

Tomura began to cackle as he instilled fear into the young girl and her frog companion, "I'll get you, my pretty, and your little frog, too!"

The Wicked Witch continued to laugh with pure vile while he disappeared into the black portal, leaving behind a flare of flames as he makes a sinister exit.

"Tch, jerk! I sure hope another house falls on top of that creep!" snarked Hizashi while the Mineta Munchkins reemerged from their hiding spots.

"Mr. Good Witch? Didn't you say something about a wizard? Is that why the Wicked Witch needs the Crocs, so that he can somehow be stronger than him?" Ochako inquired as Tsuyu chirped with curiosity.

"Ah, yes! You're talking about All Might: The Number One Wizard in the land of One For All! He's more powerful than me and every other witch around!" Hizashi exclaimed.

"What does he do that makes him so strong?" Ochako asked further.

"Why, anything and everything!" The ecstatic witch continued, "Except for filing your taxes and representing you in a civil court case as your defense attorney; I should know, I've tried."

"But he can send me back home, right?" Ochako asked with a hint of hope in her eyes.

"Of course!" Hizashi replied.

"Where can I find him?" Ochako asked.

"He lives all the way out in the Hero City, which is just north of here! It's a marvelous place made of emerald, and it's a great tourist destination, too!" The Good Witch explained as he outstretched his wand towards the two spiraled paths that lead out of Minetaland. "I suggest you take the Yellow Concrete Road; it'll bring you straight to the city within a few days."

"What about the red road?" The young girl inquired.

"That just takes you to Konoha, the land of ninjas. Obviously, though, you wouldn't wanna go down that one, cause there's a really nasty clan war going on over there." Hizashi explained as he pointed to the barricades that blocked off the path to Konoha.

Suddenly, a dead shinobi that was thrown all the way from the land of ninjas landed in the pond, making a large splash as they made their impact. A red hue formed around the body as their blood poured into the water.

"Coroner! Get the clean-up crew, we've got another one!" The Mineta Mayor shouted.

"Ugh! This one just had to land in our pond! Now the groundskeeper has to drain it, clean it, and filter out all the blood!" The Mineta Judge said angrily.

"Well, on the bright side: More bodies, more work for me." The Mineta Coroner said optimistically as he and a team of janitor Munchkins fished out the dead ninja.

"Yikes to infinity..." Ochako winced as she has to endure seeing another dead person in one day.

"Don't worry, the Munchkins are used to having stuff rain down on their town all the time. Your farmhouse is just one of the normal ones," assured the Good Witch.

"So, anyway...?" Ochako grimaced as she tried to bring the focus back to the Wizard.

"Anyway, you should also know that while All Might can be quite powerful, he's also a private guy. He keeps to himself a lot, as a matter of fact," The Good Witch continued, "He won't take just any request out of the blue. But, the Ruby Crocs you're wearing might be your ticket to getting an audience with him."

"Really?" The brown-haired girl inquired.

Hizashi nodded, "Those shoes harbor very strong magic, and their wearer can benefit a lot from them. But as we've learned, the Witch of the West will not stop until he gets them. So no matter what, be on the lookout for him and don't take off the shoes."

"Okay, so I have to go all the way to the Hero City without taking off the Ruby Shoes, avoid the Wicked Witch, and ask All Might to bring me home; wow, that's a pretty tall order," Ochako pondered as another thought occurred to her, "Wait! Can't you take me to the Hero City yourself?"

"Sorry, sweetheart, but the best that I can do for you is to give you advice," Hizashi explained. "I can try to ward off the evil magic that Tomura will bring with my good magic; but his magic can also counteract mine, which can only cause more harm than intended."

Ochako nodded as she absorbed this information, "I guess it's just you and me, Tsu."

"Kero..." Tsuyu croaked in reply.

"Don't be so down, Ochako! One of us can go with you to see the Wizard!" said a Mineta villager as the other tiny citizens immediately nodded in agreement.

"That's really nice of you all, but I think me and Tsuyu can make it on our own!" The Gravity girl said with determination as Tsuyu mirrored her friend's disposition.

"Aw..." The Munchkins groaned with disappointment.

"Uh, not that we don't you all the way; in fact, since you're the one who saved us from Stain--and 'cause you're the hottest girl we've ever met--we most certainly believe that you can make it back to your home of Japan!" The Mineta Mayor proclaimed as the Munchkins agreed with their democratic leader.

"That's the spirit!" Hizashi said cheerfully. "So what do you say, kiddo? Ya ready to take on the rest of One For All?"

"You bet I am!" Ochako said with strong volition as Tsuyu croaked victoriously.

"Go right ahead, girl! The world is now your oyster!" The Southern Witch exclaimed as he directed the girl to the red and yellow spiral.

Ochako's Ruby Shoes stood on the center circle as she held the metal bucket with Tsuyu as its only enger. Excitment and anxiety filled her chest as she takes her first step on the yellow path, "Follow the Yellow Concrete Road..."

"The Yellow Concrete Road!" The Mineta Mayor chanted as he began the mantra.

"The Yellow Concrete Road!" The blue Lollipop Guild member recanted as he pointed to towards the direction of the yellow path.

"The Yellow Concrete Road!" The Mineta Coroner and a janitor Mineta repeated in unison as they dragged a body bag that presumably contained either the body of the dead ninja or Stain.

All of the Mineta Munchkins then started to sing along and escort Ochako as she begins to skip onto the yellow spiral:

:musical_note: The Yellow Concrete Road! :musical_note:

:musical_note: The Yellow Concrete Road! :musical_note:

:musical_note: Follow, follow, follow, follow, follow the Yellow Concrete Road! :musical_note:

:musical_note: The Yellow Concrete, Yellow Concrete, Yellow Concrete Road! :musical_note:

:musical_note: You're off to see the Wizard, the Wizard of One For All! :musical_note:

:musical_note: You'll find he is a whiz of a Wiz if ever the Wiz there was! :musical_note:

:musical_note: If ever whatever the whiz there was, the Number One Wizard is one, because, because, because, because, because, BECAUSE~...!

:musical_note: Because of the wonderful things he does! :musical_note:

:musical_note: You're off to see the Wizard, the Wizard of One For All~...! :musical_note:

As soon as Ochako was far enough away from the edge of Mineta County, she turned and waved goodbye to Hizashi and the entire Munchkin community. The Munchkins cheered her on as she and her frog friend continued onward.

"Good luck, Quirky girl!" yelled the Good Witch as he waved goodbye to the young traveler.

One of the Mineta Munchkins began to cry as he watched Ochako leave, "But... I never got to cup one of her breasts!"

"Someday, man, someday..." A fellow Munchkin said as he patted his bawling friend on the back.

"Geez, guys, you really need some help..." Hizashi retorted.

And so began Ochako's quest to find All Might, the mystical Wizard of the land of One For All. With her friend, Tsuyu, at her side, and the Ruby Crocs carrying every step she took, the girl from Japan followed the Yellow Concrete Road to her destination: The emerald landmark that is known as The Hero City. However, before she can continue her journey, she will have to make a few stops along the way, including a lonely cornfield inhabited by an isolated scarecrow, quietly hanging on a wooden rack among the tall, green stalks...
