This drawing is inspired from the painting “Self Portrait with Death Playing the Fiddle”, by Arnold Böcklin. It was created in 1872, and used oil paint.

The painting was a self portrait, and the skeleton is a reminder that death is always looming.

Okay, if you came this far, you’re reading some teeny tiny spoilers 🤓

My rendition features Shigaraki and All for One. From what I ; near the end of the series, AFO literally TAKES over Shigaraki’s body. From the moment Shigaraki was brought to AFO, THAT BOY WAS BEING MANIPULATED 24/7. It didn’t help that his father absolutely detested heroes and treated Shigaraki wrongly for iring them. So my take is that AFO IS the death looming for Shigaraki. His paint strokes create the illusion that he is in control of the way his canvas turns out—but AFO is always behind him, leading the way towards the ending

Anyway, bro needed therapy, not a villain. :pensive: I rest my case.
