Hana Takeuchi is a botanist who owns an underground clinic. She uses medicine she contrives from plants she creates or grows with her quirk. Hama opened her clinic after her fiancé died of a treatable illness. The medicinal cure for her ailment was readily available, but it had been too expensive to afford and she had been denied treatment. Hana only takes donations of food or other services for her clinic, and insists she does not need monetary payment, or any at all. She does not have a hero license or any other authorization to use her quirk, technically making her a villain. She also provides healing services for villain organizations if she s their ideals.

Hana's quirk lets her speed up the growth of plants/seeds and any pollen available in the air or environment. She can even propagate plants through discarded plant matter such as a leaf, twig, or root.

Fun Fact: Hana is partially inspired bythe Batman villain Poison Ivy.

Rochelle Evans | Rockit

Rochelle Evans was born in America but moved with her father back to Japan at a young age and trained her quirk to become a pro hero just as her mother had been before her ing. She had been top of her class for three years straight and landed a prestigious internship. Unfortunately, on one partol she lost her quirk to a quirk nullifying bullet. Keeping her hero name Rockit, she continued to make a career out of her favorite -time, boxing. Rochelle also took to the streets as a Vigilante, still wanting to do her part to work towards a better society and continue her mother's legacy.

Rochelle's quirk was inherited from her mother (father is quirkless) and allows her to boost her own performance or her allies quirks. This builds off the or targets own capabilities, increasing by up to 100% depending their adrenaline.

Sora Kiyoko | Dragonfly Edit: Adopted

Sora Kiyoko is the number 6 ranked pro hero in her district and teacher of aspiring hero students. Her items are goggles and a jetpack modeled after her namesake, the dragonfly. Sora's goggles function as both a comm system and help her isolate which eyesight type she uses at one time. At high altitudes she can see most of her patrol and often works hero duty at night. When she was a kid, others would often mock her for her appearance and klumsy nature, but she just used their harsh words to fuel her climb to the top through spite.

Sora's three pairs of eyes each see in a different wavelength of light; one in infrared, one normal, and one best suited for nocturnal habits. She also has four arms, likening her to an insectiod.

Fun Fact: Inspiration for Sora's color pallete came from The Monarch's and his henchmen's color scheme.
