My personal top 10 characters (and a lot of runner ups)

So y'all voted on this. Before I go into the list, I want to say a few things;

✟This is my PERSONAL top 10 characters. So don't go hating on me because your waifu/husbando or something isn't in this list.

✟If a character isn't in this list, it doesn't mean I hate them, in fact I don't hate any of the bnha characters (no, I also don't hate AFO, Mineta, Overhaul, Endeavor, etc.)

✟I'll always give an explaination of why I like them, so you know ^^. Feel free to share your favorite characters. !hate will be deleted!

✟I haven't read everything from the manga yet! Only till chapter 260 or something, which means. Plz no spoilers.

✟Alright so... There are some kind of background characters in this. That's because I seem to sometimes get attached to background characters and want to know more about them. I really like that feeling. But since I always ended up with 11 characters in this top 10 (because I'm very bad with choosing between characters), I allowed myself to put 2 background characters in the same spot. :3

✟Sorry for the many many runner ups! XD. I just love so many characters.

10) Shinya Kamihara aka. Edgeshot and Hari Kurono aka. Chronostasis

❁Yes, here we go with the background characters. For everybody who doesn't these (like my best friend did :')) Edgeshot is at the end of s4 the number 4 hero and he's the 'ninja hero' or something.

As for Chronostasis, he's one of the shie hasaikai's . Not one of the 8 bullets, but he's the one who's with Overhaul when they try to escape from mirio. but I'll give y'all some pictures below.

Idk why I love them so much, but I do. I really like both quirks, they're very unique and pretty powerfull. Also, Edgeshot's design is just :ok_hand: :ok_hand: :ok_hand: . I really love it.

I need to draw him once lol.

I doubt we'll see a lot more of Chronostasis, but there's some more hope for Edgeshot. I'm very curious what kind of thing he's gonna do in the war arc and if he does anything at all.

9) Nejire Hado aka. Nejire-chan

❁So I just basically love the big 3 in general. As for Nejire tho, she's so enjoyable to watch. Her hyper personality are both cute and give me a good mood. I absolutly wouldn't mind if she became a friend of mine.

I also think her design (especially her hair) is pretty cute. Her quirk is something that fits perfectly with her and something I would like to see more of.

She didn't end up higher in this list because I haven't seen much of her yet, but I've heard that she'll get some moment in the war arc, so I'm looking forward to it ^^.

8) Denki Kaminari aka. Chargebolt

❁Alright so... The thing I don't like about Mineta is that he's this flirty pervert character. I know that some guys from his age might act like that too and Denki is one of them. Before you say anything about that; yes, I know this. And Denki's behavor towards girls in that way isn't something I like either, however, I feel like the way he acts more recent in the anime/manga has been very differently.

So with that out of the way...

I like Denki, not because 'he's hot' or something, because idc if a character is hot or whatever.

I like Denki, because I think he's also a funny character and has defenetly grown a lot since the beginning with both his quirk and behavor. The fact that he follows Kirishima and Bakugo is amazing. I even think that, if we're past the flirty meeting, he would be pretty fun to become friends with.

Electricity powers, used in the way he uses it, is also very interesting in my opinion. The drawback is funny as well as kind of realistic. And the random background scenes of him charging ppl's phones is amazing XD.

7) Eijiro Kirishima aka. Red Riot

❁Yes. He's just an amazing character, especially since season 3. I said it before and I'll say it again. I love his friendships with Bakugo and Mina (as ships or not idc) and the kind of binding role between Kacchan and 1a. Just as Nejire, he's just very fun to watch in my opinion.

I really liked the fact that his idol Hero isn't Allmight, since that makes him unique, just as his backstory. (Btw, I absolutly prefer Kirishima with his hair down :+1: )

Oh and let's not forget about Red Riot unbreakable! That was such an epic moment.

6) Nana Shimura

❁I absolutly love her. Her definition of being a hero is amazing and it's so sad she had to die. I know she might have abandoned her son and stuff, but she did it for the better. Seeing her just makes me happy.

Also, I know I said I don't choose my favorite characters based on their looks and I don't, but since she's in this place anyways, I have to say that she's very beautiful too XD. I love how she's a pretty muscular woman. Which I appreciate as a girl.

Let's take a look at the first few runner ups;

(Not in any specific order and I tried to minimalize my explaination)

Izuku Midoriya aka. Deku

❁Don't get me wrong, I do really like him as a main character, there are just characters I like more.

I love how he grew both mentally and physicaly and his personality is amazing.

Shoto Todoroki aka. ... Shoto....

❁He actually was in this top 10 in the beginning, but a lot of these characters came a bit later and replaced him. Srry.

I think his quirk is sick, absolutly amazing!

Ryuko Tsuchikawa aka. Pixie-bob

❁She's actually very funny and I really like her quirk as well.

Mandalay is prettier tho <3

Yosetsu Awase aka. Welder

❁yes, another background character that I really like. I kind of forgot about him after the first time I watched it, but on re-watch I really started liking him.

Yagi Toshinori aka. Allmight

❁The fact that the big 'symbol of peace' the 'pillar of justice' is just a human and a pretty weak one is pretty amazing. (Weak as in, mentally and physicaly with that big wound. I don't say Allmight is weak in powers.

5) Himiko Toga

❁Idk why she's in this place actually. Ever since her first appearance, I loved her. She gives this... Unique athmosphere and always when she's on screen, I get very hyped to see her.

Her backstory is actually very sad and the way she acts now makes sense.

I love her voice in both sub and dub! It fits her perfectly.

4) Ochako Uraraka aka. Uravity

❁Yes, my sweet little girl. It's probably not a big surprise she made it into this list (I mean, I've been going into Uraraka aesthetics lately), but she couldn't make it into the top 3, because... The top 3 characters just mean a bit more to me.

I really started to LOVE Uraraka lately, mainly because of her personality and goal. She's so damn adorable as a kid and the fact that she just wants to make money for her parents is amazing.

Also, yes I do like Deku X Uraraka, but the fact that Uraraka set her feelings aside felt very amazing and in character for her. So great job, my girl :two_hearts: .

Alright, let's finally get into my top 3.

3) Mirio Togata aka. Lemillion

❁Do I really have to explain why he's here? I mean. He's such an amazing character! He's so optimistic, funny, brave and strong. He really deserves to one day become the new symbol of peace with Deku on his side.

I've heard some things that might happen to him in the war arc, I'm not very sure if it's true, but let's hope so! The moment when he trew himself in front of that bullet for Eri is really one of the moments I cried the most. And his amazing sentence: "I'm not powerless, I'm still Lemillion!!" Aah, wow. Amazing.

Tbh, he actually reminds me a lot of my best friend. She always makes me smile no matter what, even if she's feeling sad, she wants to make other smile. That's why Mirio means so much to me.

2) Tamaki Amajiki aka. Suneater

❁Aaw my boy. He was very close to be number 1 tho.

I loved him from the moment he got introduced, because I relate so much to him. I've never seen a fictional character that was that close to my personality. On top of that, he's adorable and strong.

As I said with Mirio, I have been in a similar situation. I didn't change schools, but I wasn't very good at making friends. So this cheery optimistic person adopted me into her friend group and now she's my best friend ^^. Besides that, I'm also someone who wants to do everything perfectly for everybody, something that stresses me out a lot. I'm working on it, but seeing a character like Tamaki really helped.

So me and Tamaki are basically the same only a different gender and I can't use what I eat as power.... Yet. I'm working on it.

Okay sorry, this is starting to hurt my fingers XD.

Anyways, the fact that I am kind of like Tamaki and my friend is like Mirio is the reason that I don't ship them. I have no problem with the ship and I understand why ppl ship them, just the fact that I'm in a similar situation (where I don't love my friend in that way) makes me sometimes feel weird shipping them.

1) Katsuki Bakugo aka. Great explosion murder god Dynamight (God what a name)

Yes, our angry Pomeranian. I understand why ppl hate on him, and I hate him as a person. I do, however, absolutly love him as a character.

I loved him even before I watched bnha, since my friend saw it before me and shared some characters. I was very interested in his character. I do think that saying Deku should kill himself was to much, but other than that I think it was a great start for a great character development. Besides the fact that he's actually very smart and good at analysing is a very cool detail.

If I had to say what I like the most about him, it would probably be the fact that he respects his opponents. Like Uraraka. And expects to get that same respect back. He doesn't just want to be number one, he wants to be number one without any doubt. This very determent vision can be very crushing, but also makes him very strong.

Yet again, with his friendship with Kirishima he proves that when you manege to become his friend, he's loyal to you, cares for you and respects you.

I really liked him, especially in their new training in the manga. (That one vs 1b) and Deku vs Kacchan 2.0.

Lastly, I think that he's very funny ^^.
