Agencies were first created by a regular member named Jupiter with the hopes of seeing create groups based on content specializations. For two years now, agencies have been prevalent and you may have even seen posting under their agencies name.

We have currently house 14 official agencies within this amino circling around art, editing, writing, and so much more.

What is an unofficial agency and how to do you create one?

- - unofficial agencies can be created by any member; no permission is needed but naturally, it must be on topic to the amino with specific types of content specializations ( editing, writing, art, cosplay, roleplay, etc. )

- - Typically you should first

- Make an Agency Name

- Create a specialization for the agency

( what the agency is going to be posting )

  - promote any co-leaders or s

  - create wikis or blogs with information

  - create applications so you can find

- - Once you get this check list down you will be set for your unofficial agency and feel free to post with them and get to know them

Agencies have certain requirements while performing tasks or leading their group that I will let unofficial agencies in on with slightly altered versions.

➤ Try not to fight or being unreasonable with your or team. Try to resolve it with a calm demeanor. If you can’t reach a consensus then you can take it to your s and co-leaders for a fair vote.

➤ Respect others and their opinions.

➤ Be active, collaborate, speak, and participate with your agency. Give them tasks or prompts periodically that everyone can in on.

➤ If you can’t help or be active then ask an or co-leader to cover for your agency for the time being.

➤ If you’re disbanding your agency then be sure to let your or your team know beforehand.

➤ An agency will consist of at least 10+ s with skills depending on the agencies specialization. They submit events depending on the months and it’s up to them on what work they’ll create centering around that said theme.

➤ Recognition and teamwork is what the agencies are all about as well as showing off what you and your crew have to offer. The owner/leader/boss of the agency can choose who they want in their group, hold auditions, and meet with other official agency leaders.

I’m only an official agency host; therefore I only have jurisdiction over those official agencies. When it comes to your unofficial agency, it’s a free gamble on how you post and what you do but this guide is to help many understand the priorities of owning your agency. You must take into consideration on being active for your and making prompts or challenges to keep them intrigued in your group and to further meet others with the same content interest or grow with improvement. Just like how hero agencies work in MHA, all of them strive on their goals and their work and when you have an agency, it is the same method approach.
