Warrick grew up in Montana to a small middleclass family. His father was a mechanic and ran a garage in the small town they lived in. Warrick spent most of his childhood helping out his dad alongside school and eventually his paper round.

When he was 18, his older brother got in a fight with their parents over a financial issue and he left the state. No one in the family knows where he went and Warrick only knows that he's still alive because of the tacky postcards he receives from him each year on his birthday.

Warrick eventually left his family home after hearing of a cheap motel for sale in Murbrook. He's lived in the town ever since then. His parents died of old age when he was in his 40s.

It was when he was on his way home from his mothers funeral that he found Eden on the side of the road, he fixed her up and gained a new member of his family. Even if he chooses not the show it, he loves Eden like she was his own daughter.
