This was my submission for the Editing round of the MCC Fashion Royale! ✤
Although I didn’t use much “Editing techniques”, I’m still extremely proud of myself! It was really fun play around with the lighting and stuff and adding little details to her outfit and the background. ✤
With the amount of fun I had with this, I believe I’ve found myself a new hobby! If there are any experienced editors in the replies, I’d really appreciate if you could tell me some places to start if I wanted to learn more about editing, or any editing softwares you’d recommend? For this, I used Ibis paint X. ✤

Graphic design student here! Adobe actually s a bunch of great tutorials on YouTube, that obviously are focused on their software, but can still help with getting a better feel on how to do edits :)
Another thing to focus on is lightning tutorials and colour theory. In the end, a believable edit comes down to consistent lightning and colours!
Hope this helps! :)
Ack so lovely!!! I am super impressed if this is your first foray into editing. It looks like a lovely watercolor painting.
My best advice is to just experiment, try a bunch of different techniques because you'll always learn something new.
Yes, this was actually my first time! I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out! Along with Milo, you’re also a serious inspiration to me! I hope one day I can be just as talented as you both!
