On the help section, it says that landing on the marked space will result in "something special".
However, I landed before the marked space and got more tickets.
And when I had landed on the marked space, I got the normal amount of tickets.
marked was 204
So do I have to land on or after the marked space to get a bonus? 🤔

Where you landed is the space on the very left with the arrow pointing on it. So you'll always see an NPC and get something extra when you land on marked spaces :)
Ohh you know what, i was going by the "strawberries" count, which was -in both pictures- 1 behind the number on the space. Now i notice the arrow on top
