(Updates) Statistics GCSE + School + mental health

Hiya, this is like- my first real blog. But basically I wanted to share some news.

Statistics

I’m taking. I may be taking a statistics GCSE. Basically, it means that I’ll have a bit less time. But, the statistics I give will be better and more well analysed etc.

So, if it happens I will basically have better data to give but the pace will slow down. I’ll keep you posted.

School

So, I’m taking my GCSE’s in May/June so I will revise a lot and be in school more and my content may slow/ become more simple and occasionally stop (there will be fair warning for that). I will still be online to moderate and ask member questions but posts will slow, analysis will slow and my query response time may drop. I estimate I’ll be here 15-35 minutes a night. Mostly at the 15 minute end.

Mental health

Okay, so, real talk. My mental health has been poor recently. So if I go silent for a day or two, don’t worry. Normally I just get tired (mentally) after I work myself to death, following a huge hit of anxiety about exams.

If I seem out of character, well, that might be because of my other conditions. They can cause some problems. I basically go mental (I have episodes) involving ink pens.

What does this mean?

This means over the next year there will be

-less of me

-random drops in activity

-Better analytics of data

-less polls

So, basically, just expect less of me. Let me reiterate:

I’m fine-don’t worry

As always feel free to drop a line if you need me.

Kind regards,

The statistician
