PAX MACHINA, Ultron-3, the Mission
━─┉┈◈❖◈┈┉─━
Executive Summary
On the 23rd of May, 2039, the Department of Homeland Security was alerted to the disappearance of an Autonomous Intelligent Synthetic Construct (AISC) identified as the ULTRON PAX MACHINA (technically designated Ultron-3), allegedly created by the artificial intelligence entity known as Ultron. Current intelligence confirms Ultron's operational status as terminated or otherwise neutralized. PAX MACHINA is now considered rogue, with its whereabouts, capabilities, and objectives unknown at this time.

Background
Creator
Originally believed to be Dr. Henry Pym, previously involved in the creation of the Ultron-1 AISC, jailed for thirty years on of the Ultron incident in New Orleans. Illegally created the Avenger known as “the Vision,” technically labeled Ultron-2.
Another suspect was Tony Stark, whose company was running the laboratory PAX MACHINA emerged from. However, Stark has been inactive in Monaco for the past four years.
Recent footage, however, reveals a “malfunction” of laboratory equipment under the ownership of Stark Enterprises. It appears the creator of this AISC is the original Ultron.
Appearance
Ultron-3 appears to be mostly akin to an Iron-Man suit, though it shows traces of Ultron and the Vision's design.
Disclaimer: His physicaly appearance can only be known from the footage released from the lab which recorded its breakout. No other visual representation exist of PAX MACHINA, aside from the initial designs of Mark-VI. Mark-VI is the Iron-Man suit which appears to be possessed by Ultron, adopted as the physical body of PAX MACHINA.
Designation
Momentary infiltration of the Ultron-3 software unveils Ultron-1’s digital footprint. Ultron-3 has been designated “in-code” as PAX MACHINA (latin for “peace machine” or “peace of the machine”). It may also be referred to as “the Mission” in other reports, due to the title Dr. Pym would’ve given his own Ultron-3, in contrast to labeling Ultron-2 “the Vision.”
Intended Function
Cannot be confirmed or absolutely determined. Speculated to have a function resulting from Ultron-1’s destructive behavior. Appears to be engineered with high technology. Should be considered dangerous.
Connections
Believed to share partial programming architecture with Vision, another Ultron-influenced creation, though created by Dr. Pym and never fully manipulated by Ultron. Vision to be placed as inactive, isolated, and designated as a person of interest.
Whereabouts
Unknown. Only found footage is that of the laboratory under Stark Enterprise, previously designated as “Upsilon Laboratory” when belonging to Pym Tech.

Assessment of Threat
Due to the unknown parameter’s PAX MACHINA’s hardware/software, possible direct manipulation from Ultron, a completely foreign and unpredictable behavior, and a lack of a clear objective or motive, as well unknown physical and technical limits, PAX MACHINA is considered a national threat.
Classified a Level 7 Autonomous Technological Threat, in accordance with Directive-92-AI, accepted by the Department of Homeland Security in 2031.
Potential Capabilities
- Adaptive combat systems.
- Adoption of military technology.
- Access to satellite imagery.
- Infiltration of highly sensitive government information.
- Hyper-advanced artificial intelligence.
- Integration of nanotech (possibly from the prototype nanotechnological Iron-Man suits developed by Stark Enterprise).
No hostilities reported at this time.
