i am the co-leader of the marvel women club and i’m also on various teams on other aminos. i’m a curator in two communities as well.

7. Are there any days where you can't be active on the team?

there are no days that i know of that i cannot be active, as i’m typically spending a lot of time on amino. if i am ever unavailable for a period of time, i always lets my teams know in advance.

8. How do you deal with tough situations? For example, someone refuses to give proof/credit or insists a signature is proof enough.

i am a mediator and i always know i can count on myself to stay calm, and disassemble a situation correctly. i can pretty easily solve conflict without picking sides, or immediately pointing fingers, and i like to think i’m pretty responsible. if all goes wrong, i’ll a leader.

9. Why do you want to be a part of the Crediting Team?

i would like to the crediting team because I’ve had my art stolen a couple of times in the past and it really hurt that all of my hard work was discarded, and it’s good to always have credit where it’s due. i also think it’d be a fun little task i can do >:) i love keeping myself busy.

Hello there! My name is Blair and I am a member of the crediting team. I was looking over your post and I happened to notice was missing proof or credit for the artwork. Don’t worry, as this shouldn’t be an issue if you follow these simple steps! The crediting PSA is a link that directs you to everything there is to know about crediting works.

If the art IS yours, great!! Here’s a solution.

If your art is traditional, you can take another photo of the piece in a different angle, or hold up a piece of paper with your name on it to it’s your work. Those are all options, but you aren’t limited to just those. Traditional proof can be as simple as a photo of the art with a hand in front of it!

If the art isn’t yours, you need to credit the original artist. And no, “Credit to the artist” and “Art found on Pinterest” is not credit. You need to provide the name of the artist and the platform to which it was posted. If you aren’t able to find the artist, or you don’t know who it is, you can utilize the crediting team help chat. Don’t be afraid to ask, as everyone is super kind and will be glad to help you!
