Good day, everyone! I've been.. trying to accept the ending of EndGame, but it seems that it;s a hard thing for me. Steve has been searching for Bucky for years. All of Captain America movies basically tells us the journey of Steve searching for Bucky. But at the end, Steve left Bucky just to be with Peggy? that seems.. weird.

Anyway! due to that and other reasons, I've decided to make an Alternate Ending of Avengers EndGame which is focused on the ship of 𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙍𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙨 / 𝙅𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝘽𝙪𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙨. Enjoy!

EXT. BY THE LAKE - DAY

The machine is ready. Steve is standing right at the center of it. A case filled with the infinity stones in one hand, the other holding Mjolnir.

BUCKY

(hands in his jacket's pocket)

Careful, Punk.

STEVE

Aren't I always?

Hulk starts the machine.

HULK

Returning in 5.. 4.. 3...

Bucky looks longingly at the spot where Steve was standing a few seconds ago.

HULK

2.. 1...

Sounds of engine turning off. Steve nowhere in sight.

SAM (O.S.)

Where is he?

HULK (O.S.)

I don't know--

SAM (O.S.)

(frantically)

Get him the HELL back-!!

HULK (O.S.)

I'm trying!!

Bucky looks away. Head bows down. Eyes glassy. Hands turning into fists in his jacket's pocket.

BUCKY

(mumbles)

Don't do this, you selfish prick.

The sound of machine starting up. Bucky's head snaps up. Steve returns, eyes on Bucky. A smile on his face.

The smile turns upside down as soon as he realizes the unshed tears on Bucky's eyes.

Steve approaches Bucky, frantically.

STEVE

(a hand holding Bucky's cheek, thumb wipes away the tears that finally falls down)

Bucky-! What's wrong?

BUCKY

I thought.. you left me..

What-?!

Both of Steve's hand goes to cradle Bucky's face.

STEVE (CONT'D)

I just got you back. I'm not going anywhere..

Foreheads touching. Lips inches away from each other's.

STEVE (CONT'D)

I'll always be with you..

BUCKY

..till the end of the line.

Typing this script makes me sad again-

Till the end of the line, he said. But looks like Steve already reached the end of his l̶i̶f̶e̶ line already. Nevertheless, I can't wait for the Falcon and Winter Soldier TV series!
