Does Magnets Affect Battery Charging Process?

If i use a magnet to conduct energy to chage a battery; will it affect its charge or something?

I want to create a (rechargable) AA and AAA massive battery charger.

I was wondering if using magnets to keep them in place while charging will affect them in something

Nop, using (chromed) magnets should be safe and is a convenient way to keep a battery in place.
