Today marks 7 years of consecutive daily check-ins for me. Seven. Years. Straight. Every day. For 2556 days.
During this time, I’ve created 215 posts - more really, as I delete ones that I don’t think are worthy of your attention & time. I’ve posted about my memorabilia and collections - everything from toys to autographs (and there is still much to share!). My favourite posts have been sharing my Hobbit Day and Tolkien Day feast celebrations and my Lord of the Rings tour of New Zealand and Tolkien tour of Oxford).
I have had to check in while travelling, often factoring in different time zones and limited internet access, and navigating periodic Amino glitches.
But LOTR isn’t about a daily check in routine.
LOTR Amino has been a home away from home.
My family has grown and made their own appearances in my posts at times since my check in streak started.
