Day 6: Super Sub-Unit

"If you were to create a sub-unit from all the participating groups, which would you pick for your sub-unit and why? Which concept and song do you think would fit them best?"

Hello my dear family, i hope you are ok!! I am back at it again with day 6 of #loveforgirlgroups post.This may be the most difficult choice I will have to make, like ever!!! It is so hard to make a subunit but I will try my best, hoping that you will like it... I have to warn you.... it is gonna be a weird one.!

First of all, the name of the subunit:

I chose a Greek mythological figure to represent my group, Persephone. For those who are unaware, Persephone was the daughter of Zeus and Demeter and the queen of the underworld. She is described as the formidable, venerable majestic princess of the underworld, who carries into effect the curses of men upon the souls of the dead.

Persephone was married to the God of the underworld, Hades. The myth of her abduction represents her function as the personification of vegetation, which shoots forth in spring and withdraws into the earth after harvest, hence, she is also associated with Spring.

Even though her story is pretty sad, her mother could only see her during spring - summer time because during her abduction she had tasted food from the underworld and she was obligated to spend a third of each year (the winter months) there, I still chose her due to what she represents. All 4 girls of this subunit are born February to June, so I see them as the happy and joyous part of Persephone's life, the time she spend with her mother. Moreover, I have assigned the girls with an individual flower, for a change!

She is the Leader of the group because of her age, maturity and experience. Plus I chose her as the Lead Vocalist cause she has the ability to hit the highest notes , ref to King of Masked Singer for more.!!!

Position: Main Vocalist, Sub Rapper

Birthday: February 21, 1994

Flower: Iris

Wendy is a perfect singer and I am sure she will learn a lot from her Umma!! :wink:

Birth Name: Kim Chung Ha

Position: Lead Dancer, Vocalist

Birthday: February 9, 1996

Zodiac Sign: Aquarius

Flower: California Poppy

No wonder why i chose her as the Lead Dancer. She is the queen of choreography and dance in general, I couldn't have picked a better member for this!!! :heart_eyes:

Position: Lead Rapper, Visual, Maknae

Birthday: June 13, 1997

Zodiac Sign: Gemini

I had to put JinSoul as the visual, I know all of them are extremely gorgeous, but when I see her, despite her amazing vocal and dance ability, I immediately think "VISUAL GOALS"!!! I just can't escape her guys!! :blue_heart:

As far as the concept and song, I would prefer to see them sport a girl crush subunit vibe with a few futuristic elements, nothing predictable to be exact!!! The song would have to be Come Back Home from 2ne1,

simply because it is amazing to look at, the song is smooth yet "in your face" at times and it spreads a great message.!! It would fit both vocalists, rappers, visuals, dancers° the works!!
