I love the message. It’s really relatable and empowering since I used to be the biggest people pleaser when i was younger to the point it cause me to be burned out by the amount of work i took on to try and help others. So having a song that’s basically saying. ‘No carry your own weight, it won’t fall on me no more.’ Is something we should all do more of every now and again. It’s part of self care really.

Empowerment is a strong theme in these new songs. Such a clever and triple meanings of meaning of loving yourself independently. Such a bop regardless of how many times i have heard it. The video though simple is serving such a goddesses look. I’m here for it and i love what they did with it.

ʙᴇᴛᴡᴇᴇɴ ᴜs

Where to start … this song is a masterpiece. Meaningful, clever, beautiful in every sense of the word… a decade long career and essentially the start of a new decade as a three. The friendship is strong and the promise they made to each other and to us as fans. It just fills my heart and blurs my eyesight. I love what they did with the lyrics video for this as well and I can’t wait for the live performance of this song. They never fail a ballad, if anything I don’t know anyone who always hits it on the nail like Little Mix does. The vocals are and always will be the Standard.

ᴄᴜᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ᴏғғ

The. Energy. We. Need. In. Life. Honestly the wisest lessons are still given. I can relate on wanting to keep holding on to relationships of the past for the sake of what it once was or how long it lasted. It feels like a waste to just let go or to give up… but when it no longer is something positive or something that makes you happy but rather pains or drains you. It’s alright to step away and close a chapter. It doesn’t change all the wonderful things that were, the memories are still there and all that was is important. But it didn’t turn into what we hoped or thought it would be. That’s okay. It’s how life goes sometimes. If you can’t protect your energy cut it off. You have to be blunt sometimes. It’s okay to accept the feelings that come with it.

My new motto. Honestly I want a music video of Little mix picking up the Trash of toxic relationships. Like the boxes and with it the toxic partners (male and female) Cleaning up the neighbourhood and leaving happier independent people free of the burden that comes with an unfaithful/ laying partner. This is my new favourite track. I sing it constantly. This is the bop I currently need the most in my life. I’m grateful for LM never letting me down with them life empowering lessons. It’s like having your best friend hype you up to do right for you and put someone who wronged you in their place.

Overall

Absolutely love the new songs. The Best of Little mix was a nice album to have to end the the era, but also a great start of what is to come. If i had to rank them right now:
