2HC: Week 1

Hey everyone!

Welcome back to the Second House Challenge, aka, the Diamond House Challenge!

Last time you guys introduced yourselves to the game, and have now perhaps noticed that you have some serious competition. This is going to be a stricter House Challenge than ever before, because you guys are all so good.

You have impressed us, but can you keep that up?

Here are the three first small REAL challenges that you guys have to compete in.

Dramatic Scene Challenge

Little Mix have proven to be great actors. But do you understand what it takes to write a good scene of which Little Mix could act in? Focus the scenes on your girl and feel free to include side characters.

What exactly makes a good scene?

Every scene has the following:

• Introduction of the (side)characters

• Introduction of the problem

• Development of the problem

• Climax

• Acceptance

• End

The events are semi-realistic, but feel free to go all over the top with the reactions.

(don't go too far though, it still needs to be a good DRAMATIC scene)

Teams make one scene per bullet point.

You can make two scenes for one bullet point, but no half this bullet point and half that bullet point in one scene.

A dramatic scene always starts with something along the lines of a situation, and then

JN: Girls, I need to tell you something.

LP: What is it?

JN: I ...

Need one submission per house.

Minimum of 6 scenes per house.

Minimum of 12 lines per scene.

Every member makes 1 scene themselves, and the other 2 MUST be done in a team work way.

Doesn't matter which bullet point the team work one is, as long as all have been included within its process.

Movie Characters Challenge

Have you ever thought that your girl from your house looked familiar to an actor you saw on the screens? Well, fear not, you guys will be comparing your girl to a movie character and every member gives one detailed reason why!

Need one submission per house.

Minimum of one reason with 250+ words per member per house.

(If a team has 4 , I expect 4 reasons)

Song Story Challenge

Some songs have a clear story, like American Boy, but others are just purely focused on feelings and love. This is where you guys step in and create a story around any song of choice. And to top it all off, you will make one edit/drawing that shows a certain point within the story.

This cannot be mixed with the Dramatic Scene Challenge.

Need at least one story, an explanation as to why this story fits and one edit per house

Minimum of 145 words per story per team and 75 words per explanation. Edit must be done by at least 2 people working together.

The story can be in any shape or form, as long as the story remains clear.
