5. Describe what you think makes a good newsletter.

they have lots of good information about a specific topic. They have a message of what they are talking about at least one, they have links to resources that they used to get the information if they did not just do it from their understanding. It has to have at least part of it in your own words.

Also give an explanation why you think these are good ideas.

We could do a chronicles on Nucti Gatwa. I think he would be a good person to do a chronicles on because he is gay and a really good advocate for the lgbtq community and he was in a few shows that most people might know about here like sex education on Netflix. He is also going to be one of the next doctors on Doctor Who.

We should also do one for the actress who played Dream on super girl. She is an amazing advocate for Trans rights in the community as well as being trans herself. She explains at one Comic-Con about how she dealt with a lot of bullying in school or wanting to dress up as it go even though she's still look like a boy but her family ed her for the most part.

Mental health takeover (Anxiety, tsd, eating disorders, ADHD, depression, suicidal/ intrusive thoughts.

8. Why do you want to part of the team? What do you have to offer to the team?

I would like to be a part of the team because I've always wanted to be a journalist. I think that I would offer a lot of good ideas on different takeovers or just be able to bring a good already decided to topic into the community.

Scenarios

1. You find out a member of your team is plagiarising, what do you do?

I asked them why they are plagiarizing and if they give a reason as they just forgot to include the link or where they got the information from then I will just ask them to include it. Friday it's just that they didn't want to include the link because they thought they didn't need it I'd probably record it to a leader.

2. Another member has been bullying you or another member on the team. How do you react?

I would ask them to stop as it's not alright. If they don't stop after two mornings or even three I will tell a leader.

3. How would you go about making a post that could be triggering?

I would add the proper trigger warnings.

4. What do you do if one of your ideas starts to receive hate from of the community or your team ?

I will ask them to explain why they don't like the idea calmly so that I can see if I should delete it or not. I could also explain why I thought I should post it.

5. One of the leaders makes a decision you disagree with. How do you act?

I try to be diplomatic in trying to explain to them why I don't like the decision that they made.
