What would you do if you encountered a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming?

If I had encountered an inappropriate profile, I’d immediately send the profile to a curator/leader.

How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what I, a leader has to say?

Well, I’d say something along the lines of ; “I see your point and perspective here, although I do believe we could find ways to improvise. May I share some ideas? If not, I respect your leadership.”

What would you do if you get offended/in a fight with another welcomer?

If I was offended and/or in a fight with another welcoming member i’d try to talk it out; “I didn’t appreciate the way you spoke/acted towards me, and I think I need some time alone to think this out. No hard feelings. Thank you.”

Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? (Daily activity is required.)

Yes, I understand the importance and responsibilities I hold as a part of the welcoming team and am fully ready to commit.

Why do you want to be a part of this team?
