Synopsis
My name is Yeray Ayala and I have a secret. This book in your hands contains my story, that of other unfit and the key that unites us all: we have powers. Yeah, I know, you're gonna think this is fiction. Everybody does the same thing, because you guys are boring you've stopped believing in magic.
As soon as I discovered that I could disappear and reappear where I wanted, I also said that it was impossible. After that, it was special. That made me take advantage, of course, and use my power for things that are not very legal. But let's not talk about it. The important thing is that, when an organization dedicated to catching people like me captured me, I discovered that I was far from being an isolated case.
CIRCE is that organisation. Their goal? Re-conditioning all of us who use our powers in a bad way. To become heroes.
But who wants to be a hero and be an anti-hero?

:airplane: The author of the book
The book anti-heroes was written by two girls named Iria G. Parente and Selene M. Pascual, both of them are authors from Madrid and Vigo. Their most noticed works are Dreams of stone/Sueños de piedra, Allies/Alianzas, Puppets of magic/títeres de la magia(my other favorite one), Red and Gold/Rojo y Oro, Meetings/Encuentros, and others.
:airplane: What the book is about
The story follows the life of five teens and their lives living with super powers and running away from the government (CIRCE), this story also follows the personal problems they have to deal with hiding their powers from everyone and being used by CIRCE to study their powers and use them for their own good, CIRCE wants them to be heroes, they want to use their powers however they want, they aren’t heroes but they aren’t villains either. They’ll do everything and anything to live free and give everyone the freedom they deserve.
:airplane: What you like about the book
I personally don’t really like romance and things like that, but my two favorite stories are the exception, this book has the perfect amount of everything, it explains what’s going on, you can imagine everything, it’s not hard to understand and it’s easy to fall in love with the characters, I’ve read this book 5 times already and I still cry every time, it’s so wholesome and beautiful, there’s representation for everyone, there’s an asexual character, a gay character, lesbians, bisexuals, gender fluids, straights, non-binaries, you name it.
:airplane: How you found out about the book
The book was actually gifted to me in my birthday, I’m a 100% sure my parents still don’t know what the book it’s about, and I’m really at good making everything straight when I need to, so was easy to hide the gayness of the book, unless they read the whole thing they won’t find out because the cover and the back don’t talk about it :D

Sadly I don’t think this book it’s in English ;-; but if it is I promise you won’t be disappointed, you should TOTALLY read it! And if you do pls pm me, I’m dying to talk about this book with somebody TT and it also has a lot of bad words :D
