                                      inappropriate profile

                                      while welcoming?

                                           I would immediately

                                            report it to

                                            curators/leaders

                                            online so that they

                                            can handle what

                                            needs to be done.

                               2.) How would you handle a    

                                       situation where you

                                       disagree with what I, a                                        

                                        leader has to say?

                                           Well in this situation,

                                            I would just explain

                                            my opinion and                                             

                                            remain calm. But the

                                            final decision always                                             

                                            depends on the

                                            leader.

                                3.)What would you do if you                                        

                                     get offended/ in a

                                      fight with another

                                      welcomer?

                                           If ever I offend with

                                            the other welcomer I                                         

                                            would immediately

                                            apologize and state                                         

                                            my opinion and try to

                                            resolve the situation.

                                           On the other hand I

                                            won't fight with them

                                            because I have no

                                            desire to argue with

                                            anyone. I truly hate

                                            arguments.

                                4.) Are you fit to make this

                                      commitment to the

                                      team? As daily activity

                                      is required!

                                            Yes of course! This

                                            quarantine I spent

                                           my whole time here in                                             

                                            the community and

                                            I'm actually active all

                                            the time.

                                           I would really love to

                                            become part of

                                            because I enjoy

                                            spending time on this
