Im assuming you are talking about the American Disney parks... I've only ever been to Disneyland Paris
It kind of depends ! I have been to both multiple times, and there are lots of things to take into .
For example: what are you both into ? The Magic Kingdom is pretty similar to Disneyland itself, but then there's the Animal Kingdom (personally my favorite place like ever), Hollywood Studios, and Epcot. Would any of those interest either of you ?
Then there's the cost. Disneyworld is a lot more expensive, naturally, but if you can afford it then there's much more to do (and I've never been able to get through everything in one day, so I'd recommend at least 2 days each per park that you're interested in going to.
Overall, just for the amount of stuff to be done + Animal Kingdom, I'd say Disneyworld, but the costs are a big aspect to take into . It's absolutely worth going to, though, if possible !!
