1.) What would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming?

𖦹 Whenever I encounter trolls, dummy or inappropriate profiles while doing my job, I will immediately report it to other staffs higher than me.

2.) How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what I, a leader has to say?

𖦹 Everything can be discussed in an appropriate manner. Everyone has their rights to open their opinions, ideas, and beliefs in a way that we dont need to disrespect others, not just the leaders but from them down to other co-welcomers.

3.)What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

𖦹 Even though we got hurt or offended, we need to control our feelings and emotions, We should always think before we speak, and react. And never forget "respect".

4.) Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required!

𖦹 Although I have work, I can still manage to go to amino, hang out and have fun after and before going to work ♡ And yes I fit to do this kind of commitment.

5.) Why do you want to be part of the team?

𖦹 I've been part of this community for two years now, and I'd like to be a part of those who keeps this community a friendly and peaceful environment for all of us. And of course to welcome new LGBT+ who are finding home and acceptance ♡
