Welcome back to another one of my blogs but today I'm going to be applying for welcoming!

I'm super excited since I've missed being apart of this amino as I did take a break but I'm back and I'm ready to be apart of a team again(hopefully!)

Introduction!

Hello! My name's jasper or Jas for short, I'm 18 years old and I'm from northern Ireland.

I'm Nonbinary and I go by they/them.

My hobbies include doing artwork such as painting, browsing the internet if I'm bored, I love to cook things for my partner, I look after my pet snail bubs and I listen to music!

I'm just out of college and I aspire to be a makeup artist in the film industry so I'm going back next year to train in that sector!

I've been becoming more active on amino to give myself more opportunities to meet people and be apart of a team again so they are just at 500 but I also have experience in staff and I know I'll keep them high!

Scenarios!

1)What would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming?

first thing, I wouldn't add on to the troll by responding to them but treat them as I would any other member! I would report the profile to the appropriate leader or curator and have them sort the issue and send any necessary warnings as I don't have the authority to do so.

2.) How would you handle a situation where you disagree with what I, a leader has to say?

As humans we are never going to agree all the time. It's important we talk about it and understand where each other is coming from whether that is coming to an understanding or a conclusion to suit both people! It would never interfere with how I worked with them and I would move past it and continue with the work within the team!

3.)What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

similar to above, I would talk it with them civilly as I don't like conflict. I would try to understand them and explain myself and if it was bad enough, tell the leader of the team but I would forgive and move past as I wouldn't want to lose a friend or a position in my team!

4.)Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required!

I have all the time in the world at the moment and would love to fill it up with something I enjoy which is why I'm applying!

5.) Why do you want to be part of the team?

I was a previous welcomer and a curator and I miss the team to be honest. I loved being apart of it and I would love the opportunity to restart and come back to what I love! I would also love to give back to this amino as it has helped me out with the people in it! Finally, I love meeting new people and I feel like this team would help me do that !
