Scenarios

~ (1) What would you do if you encounter a troll/inappropriate profile while welcoming?

Depending on the level of how bad it is. I would first inform the person and let them know they breaking the amino rules and give them a chance to chance it. If they blank my message and carry on I will flag them and report it.

For the troll I will immediately report straight away.

~(2) How would you handle a situation where you disagree with the leader or team member have to say?

Depends on what they have said if it was something not so important I would bite my lip and carry on as normal.

If it's important I would talk to them in private and see if we can make a ground where we both can agree on.

~(3) What would you do if you get offended/ in a fight with another welcomer?

Well I don't like getting to fights with people so I will avoid it, hopefully there shouldn't be any fighting.

If I get offended I will speak to the person who offended me and explain how I feel about it and hopefully we can find grounds to fix the issues.

~(4) Are you fit to make this commitment to the team? As daily activity is required.

I am well enough to commit my time to help others, I am on everyday as a active member

~(5) Why do you want to be part of the team?

Well well the main reason why I want to be part of this team is to help other with the struggles with the LGBTQ
