This World

I watch this world

Never sure what to do

The bickering, the fights

Misleading information

ed around everywhere

People who refuse to listen

To the truths being told

Who allow people to suffer

Who present lies as fact

With blinding ignorance

How much more of this?

Drowning in all of it

What more can be done

If either refuse to listen

They should not speak

I grow weary of this world

Tired of the age old fights

Always one after another

I asked myself a while back

Is this really my world?

Unfortunately it is

I am already so tired of this place

This world I was born into

Watched it all change and flip

Will it all calm down one day?

I am so tired, yet I have years ahead of me

I am an uneasy soul awaiting her freedom
