like me you sometimes get

stressed so I’m here to try

my best to help you out with

Friendships

Evaluating friendships is

important. Keeping friends

that are there for you over

ones that will end up hurting

you. I had to deal with

unhealthy friendships and it

was hard to realize they weren’t

good for me and were only

raising my anxiety without me

knowing. My trust in people

suffered and my security with

people also got worse.

But it’s important to keep

good friendships, over ones

that actively stress you out

or negatively affect you.

Media

It can be hard but more than

not media may it be Twitter,

Instagram, and even Amino.

Anyone can become overwhelmed

from these social media

platforms. Signs that you need

to take a break from social

media are fairly common.

Stress from being away from

social media, feeling stressed

or upset while viewing your

social media. Not being able

to stay offline or away from

your phone for a long time.

It’s important that if you’re

getting stressed or hurt from

any form of social media you

take a break. It’s a big issue

with myself but I’m hoping

to improve on it.

Television

I have had serval issues with

getting too emotionally

attached to tv shows and movies.

Even books as well. Connecting

to fictional characters is easy

and losing them hurts just as

much as losing a friend would.

There have been multiple studies

on how we react the same way to

fictional character deaths like real

people. Due to our empathy for

them a lot of times we see them

as real people we can love and relate

to with the right writing and or

directing.

This doesn’t happen to everyone

but if this happens to you a lot it can

become overwhelming with the thought

of becoming dependent on a fictional

character or realty. To combat this I have

tried to abandon shows/series before

I grow too attached to it. If I can’t see it

end then it can’t hurt me. Right?

But to help with this, I would say to

avoid certain upsetting matters. Like

death or shows without an ending if

you’re more on the side of needing

closure for shows/series.

This one is kinda hard to help, but

maybe taking a break from new shows

could help. Rewatching shows you know

end well and are pleasing may

temporarily help. I’m still trying to figure

out how to fix this!

then what do we do whole stressed especially in the night when you don’t have room to do much

I'd say you could try playing an easy instrument like ukulele, guitar or piano of you have one, when i do i'm more concentrated on the music that i'm playing so i just forget everything else for a moment, it's kinda like if you disconnect from reality. It might not work for you but it does for me, you can try it
