Rising from hellfire Sketch

Another day another sketch

This time it's a little devil figure over tall flames. The Idea being that they (specifically genderless) rise from the pit they were sent to by the powers in charge. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger sort of deal.

I don't know if it turned out that way but I tried to simulate a medieval sort of woodcut style. The inspiration came from a rather pretty tarot deck I bought on a random online shopping spree I went on. I have no clue how to use the cards but I think they'll make for some fun decor if nothing else.
