Recipes : Tofu curry! 🥘

Aighht so I’m here finally cooking something new once again and I brought some packets of Tofu for 200 bucks which is roughly a dollar :dollar: , and the first step is always, always the mise en place, so I basically diced a large onion, some garlic cloves (I want at least 5-6 cloves so, cilantro leaves, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, spices and masala if it’s available, finely chopped green chillies, 3 red tomatoes, just finely dice it.

1st step:

Dry the tofu and cover all your pieces with “Cornflour or Cornstarch” and fry them in coconut oil until it’s golden brown (let’s say 2-3 mins each side)

Drop them into a tissue box, anything that drains the oil and use the same oil for the sauce.

2nd step:

Add the onions, green chili pieces, garlic and mix them well, add your preferred spices, maybe half a chicken cube, Cilantro, tomatoes and add half a cup of coconut milk (Substitutes: Non - dairy milk or fresh milk 🥛) MIX THEM WELL

Finally - Add your TOFU PIECES AND YOU WILL END UP WITH A DELICIOUS CURRY MADE BY A SRI LANKAN LESBIAN 🇱🇰🏳‍ :rainbow:
