I really want to start working out because I feel like it’d make me better and plus I wanna feel more confident dbsbsbs I just don’t know how to find the motivation to start.
The main thing I wanna do is burn chest fat and tone my body. Cause like my arms are so small and it makes my hips look bigger than they are.
There is a local gym I can start going to but it’s kinda scary (??) so I’d rather start at home.

Do it! It increases endorphins, and can help with dysphoria before it even changes ur appearance at all (just from my personal experience). And if you're not used to working out or simply dont wanna in front of people i'd start with 20 pushups a day and then when the motivations build up then increase as wanted
