Some of you who read my blogs often probably wonder how on earth I find all these lovely pictures for my blogs that look so crisp and high definition.

Image Source Blogs like Pexels rely on the contributions of World Wide Photographers so that people can use them for Personal or Commercial uses! The Photographers put these up with these permissions in mind; allowing you to use them so long as the subjects inside of any of the photos are not used to be portrayed in a negative way this is to protect those people from defamatory accusations or being seen in a bad light.

How does it work exactly?

Think of an Image search engine like Google. Pexels is very similar in its approach. You can search for a type of image but with the safety of knowing you are actually allowed to use it. In fact; you may even recognize some of these images! I have spotted a few from Image Source Websites that are in Apps such as PicsArt and Canva. (There's more; I just don't know of them!)

These apps use them because they are able to be used for Commercial Use. This type of License Agreement is abit of a tricky thing for me to explain, so I'd say if you are not sure for now then please Google it or visit the Pexels F.A.Q page for more helpful information about it!

There are other websites that utilize this concept. Perhaps you have heard of some of them before? Unsplash, Shutterstock - there are others. Some are hidden behind paywalls; Pexels is not.
