Over - Sensetive

I hate being so over-sensitive, noticing every small detail,

I notice every small change

Every change of tone even in text,

Even if someone ignores me for hours

I still text them as soon as they text back,

The constant fear of being left alone

As soon as the night grows, overthinking keeps me awake,

So many days I woke up with nightmares,

Feeling heavy in the heart, the feeling of betrayal

The fear of losing friendships, the fear of being alone

I don't know how to overcome the fear,

I hate being so over-sensitive, noticing every small detail

Feeling so stupid, feeling scared of being left alone
